Was probably the worst experience of my entire adult life and I know was the worst experience of my 12 year old son's life to date. This was the very first time he has ever been to Buffalo Wild Wings was very excited when we got there about all the different sauces for the wings was very excited when his wings arrived at the table enjoy dating them the entire time until he finished the last of his four traditional hot wings please see attached pictures I've been assured by my 12 year old son that he will never return to Buffalo Wild Wings because they gave him raw chicken to eat and he is now in extreme fear of getting salmonella poisoning and having to go visit the emergency room at our local hospital. I took pictures of said hot wings and upon noticing me doing so our waiter walked past our table conveniently and noticed the same thing I was taking pictures of which was a very bloody Chicken Wing or actually it was a drumstick. He picked them up proceeded to the back of the restaurant talk to what I now know is the manager and then the manager came to the table did not offer to take responsibility for serving my son raw chicken and fact insisted that the chicken was cooked at temperature all of their chicken is cooked to Timothy and checked every single piece and they do not serve raw uncooked chicken did not offer us a discount free meal apology coupon handshake or anything else gave me my ticket for $20.98 worth of raw chicken and walked away. Was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant and I am 44 years old I will not return to Buffalo Wild Wings in Benton Arkansas I guarantee that but I definitely would like my money back and an apology given to my son for the fear they instilled in him causing him to have a panic attack and I had to calm him down to keep it from escalating therefore I had to accept everything the manager was telling me at that moment to keep my child calm but believe me calm is not at all what I was feeling at that moment or afterwards as I drove my son home explaining over and over again that he was not going to die from salmonella poisoning. I am one very upset mother and customer and I'm not really sure what Avenues I need to pursue from here but I will not return to Buffalo Wild Wings on Alcoa Road in...
Read moreEdit 3/16/23 Decided to give then a second chance since they were taken over by new owners and new managment. Food was great (we ordered to go right at dinner time) there was however a small mix up we ordered 10 traditional and 15 boneless and got all boneless (an honest mistake with how busy my husband said they were). Normally I wouldn't have even worried about it but due to my dietary restrictions due to my 5 month olds dairy and soy intolerance I had to make sure they were safe for me to eat due to the breading thankfully they were. I put a quick call in to speak with a manager took all of maybe 2 mins for them to get one on the phone she listened to my concerns and I explained that I wouldn't have even called because once I found out it was okay for me to eat I was perfectly fine with it but figured I'd atleast give them a little feedback and thats it's a small concern that if they were to ever change the breading that it could end in someone having a reaction. As well as regardless of the mixup the food was awesome! She thanked me for calling in said she certainly sees why it could be a much bigger ordeal and assured me she would share it with her GM and with the kitchen staff. I was thoroughly impressed with the response and how quickly they were able to get a manager on the phone. I am certainly looking forward to an in person trip and hopefully be able to give a full 5 star review!! I'm so happy it's under new management it's one of the few places I can get wings anymore!
2020: Management is horrid!! 2 waitresses and a bartender was the only ones working the floor on a Friday night. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was our waitress was such a sweetheart and was working her butt off. There should be absolutly no reason the bartender or kitchen staff should have to leave from behind the bar or leave the kitchen other than for their designated jobs and to use the restroom they should not have to take orders from the floor and seat guests. Not to mention the manager on duty was extremely disrespectful and interrupted our waitress in the middle of taking out order. Place for sure needs new Managment and asap before this place tanks for good. I will be putting a call in to corporate first thing Monday to express my concerns over...
Read moreI’ll make this simple...thank God Benton has more choices now!! Today was the very last straw. We kept going back thinking may be management would change and things would get better. Wrong!! It just keeps getting worse. Sunday afternoon at 12:15 on St Pattys Day with the SEC basketball championship on and the parking lot was empty. I even commented before we went in that it wasn’t a good sign that no one was there. We were seated semi promptly, drink order was taken as soon as we were seated. Good job so far. BUT.... drinks were never brought to us. We could see them sitting over on the bar just waiting for our server to pick them up but nooooooo, we had to get up and go get them ourselves. Strike one. Then the food came. Tough, cold boneless wings ( which we were already expecting). The drinks went dry and our server never returned. We waited and waited...and waited more. Finally a different server walked by so we asked her if she could bring us a beer. She didn’t. But said she would look for our server. More time passed. Mouth is on fire. Nothing to drink. Strike two. When the check came we asked why the “beer of the month” wasn’t discounted since it is considerably less at other BWWs and no one seemed to know. Strike three. The sad part is that a few months ago we were at this location and sat right next to the owners. We didn’t know this at the time and we struck up friendly conversation. As we talked they told us that they are the owners. They bought us a round and were so very nice. I only wish that we had gotten contact information for them. If I owned a business that was operated so poorly I would certainly hope to hear about it. If the owners by any chance read the reviews themselaves (I know most places hire a company to keep track of reviews) but if you happen to see this please know that I’m so sorry this location is failing miserably. We used to be regulars. But no more. We have come to love Red Robin which is only a stone’s throw away. If we ever set a foot back in BWW it will be in West Little Rock or Sherwood. Too many...
