Hobby Lobby — Local services in Benton

I’ve been to this store before but have never experienced service like I did tonight. I had 4 fabrics that I needed cut and took them to the counter. ( there was nobody else in the fabric section at this time). My mom, sister, and myself were all standing at the fabric cutting counter and I walked about 5 feet to look at a fabric. During this time my mom and sister were still standing at the counter answering any questions she had about lengths. My mom turned around for a split second to look for me and as soon as her back was towards the counter the worker began screaming as loud as she could that my mom needed to watch and I needed to be standing at the counter. She then proceeded to continue yelling this about 5 more times. Then while I was at the counter another woman who needed fabric cut came up and the worker (Rachel) began making fun of me to this customer. She made comments about how “it’s common knowledge to know you need to stand at the counter the whole time” (even though I was). She also made comments about “you’d have to be stupid to think you didn’t have to stand here” to another customer. She refused to speak to me and then shoved my...

I may as well get a part time job here to offset what I spend lol. I go every week at least once to replenish my craft and work supplies with the intention of sticking to my list and using my 40% off coupon on my most expensive regular priced item but inevitably I always see 1,204 other things that I "must have this instant or I'll just stop breathing right here and now!" They always have new decor and new sales plus on their website you can get that 40% off coupon I mentioned and use it once per day on any 1 regular priced item! You notice the department sales are on rotation about every three weeks, meaning if you miss out on the 40% off ceric decor this week, you can catch it again in about 3 weeks. It varies by department but it's a consistent rotation and once you learn it you'll go there asuch...

I Will never go back to this hobby lobby again they are very rude there manager included i found some things in the clearance section made sure my item was not placed there by mistake there was a a big selection and was marked 75 % off when I got to check out I was informed that was incorrect I took the manager back where I got these items and showed her it was a big section with these items and the sign above them saying 75%off and I was informed they would not honor this it was supposed to be 50%off the Manager was very rude about this even after seeing the 75% off sign if there had been just one I would have agreed that it could have been set there by a costumer but there was a stack and I pointed that out and yet she was still very rude lost my business...
