I Found What "I call' My New Favorite,Favorite Best Smoke Shop in Buckeye.If I could Give them More than 5 Stars I sure Would!!! For years Now, I've driven right past this little hidden of a Gem Place,but NO More,I will flip a U to come to your store.!! In the past Sometimes I would see it,and try to make a mental note To myself to stop by and check it out.Finally I got that chance..OMG this place is pretty darn Amazing,.,as Soon as I walked in I was Greeted with a Huge cheesy Smile, and a cheerful Good Morning!!The Young Gentleman who was behind the counter was Very polite,and Really knowledgeable and His Huge ear to ear Smile,made and just makes My Day!! I had Lots of Questions,and Like a Champ he answered them. I Was busy looking around to see what they had,and I was super impressed,they had different varieties,makes styles a All around fantastic selection.The Store was Clean, and Organized . The Youngman ( I didn't get his name but he's always there even at 5am lol)he was really helpful,patient,and very kind and knew what he was talking about. This Youngman is Why I keep coming back even whenThe Other place down the street has Sales.. I really have Gotten tired of going into a store,they treat you Rude or ignore you your like a number or a cash cow, customer service what's that,rude,rush you in rush you out give us cash bye see ya ,no personal service.. Seriously No one can beat Your Stores customers service, reliability, customer respect, Your Caring employees. I don't really shop at this store like used to because a while back I picked up a box to see what was in it and as soon as I picked it up the glass contents feel out and shattered. The kid at the counter sat there asking me what did you do in the manner of like a mom yelling at her kid as if I did that on purpose so I stopped going in. Fast forward a year now I decided to go in for a coil and some juice. The coil I needed is 4 to 5 dollars at most everywhere else. Here at Dana's they charged me over $7 for 1 coil. The juice I like is usually $15 to $17 for a 100ml bottle everywhere else. Here it's about $20 and that's for a 60ml bottle. Prices here are way to much. Went in to buy a vape, to help me quit smoking. The owner kept insisting on a expensive one that was huge and bulky, not what I was looking for. I wanted a medium one that didn't leak. Found one, that wasn't too expensive and I thought would be perfect. The day I bought it, it started leaking. Followed the directions given, still leaked the next day. Brought it in to show him, he took the cover off and flung syrup all over counter saying " you didnt buy the $100.00 one and its only leaking from the top. I have 3 signs saying no refunds". Don't buy from here, shouldn't buy from someone that doesn't back up their products. Will never return...
