Unfortunately, this review took a whole week in the making for me to have to leave this. I was hoping things would change on Monday when you’re 75% off sale started. I was the second customer in the store. I arrived at about 8:30 AM so as I was patiently waiting for the meat department to open, I ordered breakfast burrito but before I did so at 8:50 AM, I asked the young lady Haley were they taking orders yet she said no so I proceeded to order my breakfast burrito. There was a Caucasian man in front of me that ordered his burrito by the time I ordered my breakfast he stepped over to the meat department and Haley took his order within three seconds of me asking were you open yet after this she still made me wait another 10 to 15 minutes to put in my meat order. I ordered over $100 worth of meat I received my order within an hour, so I’d like the deal I received so I proceeded to put in another order about 10:00 AM. There was a young man working that put in my order and after waiting, I was told they will call me when my order was done. Never received phone calls so I And Tuesday and was told that it may take 48 hours I went to the location to evening still order wasn’t ready. I was told to wait. I will get a call by Miss Sharee on Wednesday evening. I received a phone call and it was approximately 5:33 PM. I was told over the phone. We have your order ready, but the oxtails weren’t ready. They won’t be ready till the next day that would’ve been Thursday . So I went to the store Thursday to pick up my order and when the young lady Daisy told me the amount I realize my order was wrong so I asked what happened to a couple of items that were on the list. She said they were crossed out I didn’t cancel, the order so I’m not understanding why my ribs were crossed off of my order When this order was made Monday morning, I still didn’t receive what I asked for the reason why I’m leaving this review is because I don’t like when I’m being treated differently when my money spends just the same I shop here on a regular basis for my meat because I love the quality and the prices But the management Here is very bad business I shop here on a regular basis. I spent too much money to be treated this way. I need it for the owners and upper management to know what’s going on in the store location. again, when I came into this location, Thursday, Daisy treated me very well. Miss Sharee had great customer service skills the young man I don’t know his name. He’s very helpful. Great customer service skills my problem Is with Miss Haley that was handling my order because I spoke to her several times during this whole process and when I went to pick up my meat, I did not receive everything I ordered but during this process every time I walked up to the store to check on my order I’m noticing people that just walked in off the street was able to order and receive what they needed right then
In response to Arlington beef I did not expect special preference. I just wanted the same treatment that they give other customers that come into the store and I was never informed that you were out of stock. I was told that I can pick it up the next day and the reason why I came to the store because I never received a phone call when I was told that I was going to receive my product , that is why I was leaving didn’t no special preferences. I stood down there for over an hour on several occasions with other people so if they would’ve told me they were out of stock, I wouldn’t expect it products that I asked for I was told it would be ready the next day when I went to pick it up the next day it was totally crossed off the list. Read moreI moved to Buckeye in February and have been to this place at least once a month. The first day we moved in , I was asking every one what their favorite food places were in the area and this place kept being mentioned. We gave it a shot and have been hooked ever since. We go atleast once a month now and I am slowly getting my family members hooked. They used to complain about the 30 min drive to my house but once I mention ACC, they seem to stop all complaining and stark making mouth gargling sounds like Homer J. Simpson. If you happen to stop by please take my word and start with the Buckeye Burger. I have tried all 4 Burger options and this one by far is my repeated option. I usually convince some one around me to get one so I can atleast have a bite of theirs in a Burger swap. I posted some videos of my latest experience trying the PRIME BURGER!! It was mouth watering with 2 beef patties & onions & omg my mouth is watering all over agian. The quality of the beef is totally different, more of a 1 of 1 experience. Read moreFirst time customer. My wife and I went in to grab a couple of burgers yesterday. The menu was very clear, prices fair, and the person taking our order was very polite. We waited about 10 minutes for our food and it was good. Their meat prices are very good and the quality looked good as well. Being a big BBQ guy who grills and smokes meat on a consistent basis, I was looking forward to giving their meat a try. I intended to purchase a few items after we ate our food. Unfortunately, I decided against it due to what we experienced while waiting for our food. There was a gentleman that appeared to me a manager or perhaps even the owner that walked in while we were there and flipped off the kitchen staff. From there, we heard several F bombs being dropped and very inappropriate conversation among the kitchen staff. I didn't want my wife to have to listen to this so I asked her to grab a table outside while I waited on our food. If it wasn't for the the lack of professionalism from the staff, I would have given them 4/5 stars but their behavior was very off putting and it shows a lack of appreciation and respect for their customers.
