The apartments looked really nice, but unfortunately the leasing agents are extremely unresponsive. I filled out an application and was serious about moving in ASAP, but once the application was filled out I received no confirmation on whether it was accepted or if they needed additional information. In addition, I reached out multiple times via email and phone leaving messages inquiring on the status and whether I got the apartment. I received absolutely no response and lost out on other apartments I could've...

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! If I can give them zero stars, I would. These people will have you fill out an application, make YOU call and email them for updates, not respond, tell you that they "forgot to send you an email because they left it in their drafts" and waste your time. Extremely unprofessional. You can be deposit ready but they will still make you wait for weeks and lie about just to give it to someone else....
