Bought small kitchen appliances at the cheapest price using mail in rebate during thanksgiving sale. I ALWAYS thought mail in rebate was a scam and the process was a hassle but anyways wanted to give it a try. To my surprise it's a super easy process and my rebate money is in process of delivery. Since I bought the products on a super sale day got additional discount as well kohls cash. Super good score! For a couple of products that I picked up at the store packaging slips were missing but the store manager was kind enough to pay back the rebate amount. Love their customer service and the staff are friendly and accommodating. As their customer support is top notch.I wanted to wait till my rebate submission went through before I posted my review since it could benefit someone like me who might avoid buying rebate products thinking about the submission process. hope this review helps someone who is apprehensive of the tedious process.
I bought an xbox at a great price and got a bunch of kohls cash too which I used to buy the latest fitbit versa SD just adding 30$ from my pocket totally worth every penny spent.Their dresses are good too, so are the sweaters. Placement of products led to much confusion trying to find things and finding someone who was an employee to help me locate things was even harder to find. We bought suede boots for my girlfriend and wanted to treat them right away so they could be worn, and although there was a nice selection of suede boots there was no suede protector stocked meaning we had to go elsewhere to find some so the boots could be worn. The price was right but a lot of extra hassle involved to get that price. I am taking away a star because of more problems I have with the store although I doubt anything will change because of it but I hope to at least alert potential customers and save them some disappointment. When you give a less than perfect review stating obvious deficiency it's expected that someone will acknowledge these deficiencies and attempt to correct them. Not here though. They only get worse. The staff are still difficult to find but that's not necessarily a bad thing because when you do spot one of these elusive creatures they really are not helpful in the least amd and they all give different answers to your questions although none of them are right. She had to enter each item individually. The computer froze. After short time. Tried on second computer - it accepted the remaining quantity - ensuring the spinning first computer processed the 107 beginning item. She had to contact the store manager to print me a receipt on 8x10 paper. Now she had to charge my account for the 125 pillows again. I was purchasing 26 bath towels to be paid with my Kohl’s Cash. No-the return voided the Key has cash. Ayesha called the Kohl’s credit headquarters to email me them with today’s date so I could complete my purchase chase. I can’t thank her enough for 45 minutes of work that very likely could have been handled with my direct call to online purchases.
