I had been going into IGA for 14 years...I have recently gotten a service dog to help my other service dog....I went into the store and a woman named Corkie...That is what I was told her name was....she got very angry at me and asked me if I had papers for my service dog, which she cannot ask according to the Americans With Disabilities Act. When I went to talk to the owner they were not there, and I talked to the manager Ken. I explained to him that she discriminated against me because I had my service dog. She told me if I didnt have papers I had to leave....I do not have to show them papers nor can they ask for them. Nothing was done....they did not even make her apologize for discriminating against me. I wont be going back into that store, I will go to Sheridan, Gillette, even Billings before I go...
   Read moreI usually shop at djs & made the mistake of going to Lyns. I had a container of strawberries. When we got to the front there was not one person at a register. A employee checking out herself at the alcohol counter asks us to wait just a moment. We stood waiting for over fifteen minutes. The employee finishes checking herself out & leaves the store. After realizing there was no one to check us out, we put the food we intended on purchasing away & left empty handed. No one offered to helps us & with no employee in sight customers continued asking me for help. After explaining i didn’t work there myself & several customers just left. This morning went in grabbed a few things, went to counter by the liquor isle. Set my basket on the counter and the woman said "Don't worry I'll put your basket away" I simply replied with thanks I can and will place back where it belongs. When she was done. She promptly grabbed the basket and put behind the counter. I told her " I sure hope your day gets better for you" her response was.
