Star Buds Buffalo Dispensary — Local services in Buffalo

Way overpriced, and products are not great. I’ve been there a few times. Only once was the bud worth the price.

Tincture cost over $80 and did nothing at all. Went to store and given no explanation or anything for ineffective product. Bought a $16 pre-roll another time, it was really short and did nothing.

I have been to other places that are much more affordable, and product is worth it.

I do not recommend this store. Maybe they should hire less people if they can’t give fair prices. I do not mind paying more for quality.

Why are they charging so much for ineffective product. I know it’s a cost to run, but this may be more about greed. I almost never write negative reviews. Check my history.

I admit, they should have offered me something when the tincture did not work. That was the first red flag. I work in a business environment as well. We know the 5 steps to maintain good customer service and we care about customers, not money.

Do yourself a favor and visit Star Buds on Kenmore Ave. (in the old Mighty Taco). Dispensaries are popping up on every corner, but Star Buds has something the others don’t...and her name is MALLORIE! She’s the best budtender EVER and knows everything about their huge selection of top-notch cannabis. I’ve tried their edibles, flower, hash & pre-rolls. Okay so. Living in NYC for 16+ years, there’s a jaded scope of impressive businesses when you leave the city. Came here to visit an old friend, and obviously had to grab the necessities.

Customer service was on point and I rarely write reviews but …zach and Briana …. GIVE THEM A RAISE YALL! Knew exactly what I wanted for my bedtime ailments, and helped me sift through the variety. They are fun, knowledgeable people to shop from.

Overall was VERY impressed with this random drive by experience (speaking of which, they have a drive through if you’re as hurried as I am most of the time) AND the best part is my wallet wasn’t crying afterwards! (Yes I’m talking to you NYS marijuana sales tax).

Five stars all around! Don’t bother...
