I will never return to this place the old guy who is in charge of that place is a complete racist. He profiles every black person that goes there, I went there with my friend just to get some ice cream and he lined up right behind us. when we were done he followed us to where our cars were parked and pretended to pick up garbage, I was so disappointed that I no longer wanted my ice cream just threw it out. You may think he might be a little diversity friendly since the place is right in near UB where all kind of students go. Such a disappointment that you can't even have a open mind to different people but you want to make money off of them. I give it zero star for customer service by the boss which is sad because all the servers...

I really just wanted a sundae that consisted of chocolate ice cream, caramel sauce and peanut butter. First time they tried to hand me something with vanilla and chocolate sauce and when I told them, it was just suppose to be a sundae with chocolate ice cream, peanut butter and caramel sauce they made a second one that was chocolate ice cream with a lil caramel sauce, lil peanut butter and a lot of chocolate sauce. At that point I just took it and walked away because I didn’t want them to waste a second one to try getting my order right on a third attempt. Only reason I’m making a review is because it’s the second time in a row I’ve experienced this. It’s just so frustrating paying for something that’s not...

Of course....WHO DOESN'T LIKE ICE CREAM....SERIOUSLY....👍😁🙄😜❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ I took my patient there after a dr visit...she always needs a treat afterward. Ahe ges the tallest blizzard qhich has a disgusting amount of fat/saturated fat and calories, etc....BUT.... if you only go there once per summer, you'll live alot longer....LMAO....I however eat only frozen yogurt or soy ice cream in a very small amount as we that have glucose issues are not allowed. But when I did eat it....it was heaven absolute heaven in my mouth. My whole family are ice cream fanatics. My Dad has a bowl nightly before bed. But he's skinny so it's all good. Anyway...go...enjoy...party up...ya only live...
