my family has used Arron's for almost 3 years now, we pay the little extra so that we have the little extra insurance and perks for our stuff. part of that package is to repair or replace things that break up to a year after they break or are damaged by natural reasons. We had paid off our tvs 3 big smart tvs that one had failed some time near finishing paying it off. they brought a replacement to my house and then in the following months we moved. we also had several other appliances and furnitures we were continuing to buy. Arron's came and moved everything in my house that came from them. The replacement tv was damaged during the move. i've been asking them to do something for over 4 months now and i keep getting the runaround. My family has been calling constantly to get their response. we keep getting a member of the team named Jaun who is apparently under the store manager but cant do anything, as well the store manager is constantly on vacation. They take hundreds of dollars a month and just tell me they can never tell me anything because they simply can't. Be careful they dont do as much as they are trying to sell you. I didn't have these problems with Rent-a-center or EZ rent to own in...

We bought a chair from Arrons and a seem popped out so we called Crystal Waters and she said she would get "Mike "out to fix it...two days later ,no call,no follow up ...we called back to find out the last payment had been taken out the day before we called back...Crystal once again said "Mike "will contact...once again..nothing!!Finally 5 days later we return to the store for info...The men there said "we will personally get on it"! The bullhead city staff are some of the rudest and dishonest people. After losing my job, my daughter called them to explain and make arrangements for them to come pick up the property. Was told it was scheduled for today June 1st between 3 and 7. 7:20 rolls around and no one has shown up. I call where I am told that it was scheduled for monday June 4th. I tell him I was told it was going to be today. He puts me on hold and comes back and claims that they came out and knocked on the door and tried calling. I've been home all day, working a project in my living room. NO ONE has knocked on my door and no phone calls have been made. The guy then pretty much calls me liar.
