I contacted Burbank Jewelry Outlet aka, Gianni Deloro, many years ago to help me re-create a ring I lost that was an heirloom. They were very compassionate to my loss and stood by me for weeks while they made a new ring for me from just looking at photos. Zaven and his crew are amazing. They all are true jewelers that know what they are doing...very skilled and customer service is top notch. Cost is very reasonable considering gold is very expensive. I then embarked on becoming a customer for many years following this as Zaven made me several other pieces I wanted. They all came out beautiful. One thing to keep in mind when shopping for a jeweler is that they make your jewelry sturdy and quality. Gianni Deloro (Burbank Jewelry Outlet), does just that. I have never had an issue with prongs or losing stones. Currently they are making me yet another piece and last month I also had a diamond pendant made. It came out just as I wanted and their service is also timely. I will always return. This business is to be trusted and it scares me to go anywhere else. What can I say... I love these guys.

It's a family owned business that does EVERYTHING jewelry: repair, design, in-house manufacturing, touchups, Everything. I went there years ago to get a custom pendant made for my necklace. They were SO EXTREMELY helpful, kind and professional. Zaven and Seta are two of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. They even call me by name whenever | walk in. Their prices are also extremely fair.

They gave me a tour of their facilities. It was incredible. Reminiscent of Mr. Roger's when Mr. McFeely would bring over a VHS tape of a factory showing how things are made. What I'm getting at is they do everything in house.It's amazing.

I can't recommend these guys enough. If I ever need an engagement ring made, I am ONE HUNDRED percent going to these guys for the design and manufacturing. Their talents are on par with their customer service.

Recent story: I just had a ring break on me because I'm an idiot and used it as a bottle opener. They returned it looking better than the day I bought it.

I was referred to Zaven and his amazing selection by my brother, who also bought his engagement ring from the same shop. Truth be told, I was referred to the shop by my brother's wife--she's the one who has the actual good taste in the family. As soon as I walked in, I realized how important the referral business is, because this is a family-owned operation-- but don't think that that has any negative impact on the quality! Putting aside the massive selection of jewelry, the true gem of this place is in their custom-work. Again-- my brother got a custom ring and so have I. Our significant others are less likely to throw a hissy-fit whenever they look down and see the sparkling beauty on their hands. The customer service is second-to-none. Since buying the engagement ring (3 months ago), I've come back and made 3 other purchases. Their prices are extraordinary-- there's no need to haggle like you're at a market bazaar.
