Starbucks — Restaurant in Burbank

This is the closest Starbucks location to my apartment, and I will NOT go here ever again. I have only received my drink order, properly made, TWICE, and I have visited this location multiple times, hoping that there won't be any problems. After today, I will permanently be taking my business to a different location. My order is :Grande English Breakfast Tea Latte, four shorts of classic sweetener, whole milk, warm (because I like to drink it right away, not in two hours when it's finally cooled down). I go to pick up my order, and I can see it steaming. Ok, that's not warm, but it's fine. First sip, I taste Earl Grey, which, in a tea latte, tastes like grass clippings. I ask them to remake it, and they do, with the correct tea bags this time. 2ND try: first sip, I get a mouthful of tea pieces. I spit them out, think that maybe it's just some random loose tea, it'll settle. Taste it again, NOPE. One of the tea bags has been punctured, and the drink is full of the loose tea. They did offer to remake it for me again, but considering that this is the latest in a string of bad experiences, I just asked for my money back, and won't go...

I stopped by this Starbucks this morning because I was down the street getting a breakfast burrito. I used to come to this Starbucks before when my company office was nearby but since we moved I haven't been back until now. The plaza where this Starbucks is at does get busy and it can be difficult to find a parking spot after lunchtime. Since I came in the morning today, they were not busy at all. This Starbucks is small inside with no seating inside but have limited outdoor seating. I got my wife her iced blonde vanilla latte and got iced water for myself. Visiting LA For the first time. Ordered my favorite lemon loaf but forgot to ask them to warm it.. I asked ANDREW to warm it please. For the 1st time ever I was told "I want to make a mess on his nice clean oven" I SWEAR I was so shocked that he said that. So NO he wouldn't be able to do it for me. I told him very nicely "thank you, but I've never been told that at any Starbucks before but thanks". As i went to give it away to someone he said "I'll do it for you, I don't want you to not eat it". I asked if he was sure and he said yes. He said yes but he TRULY didn't want to. Then it took more that 20 minutes to get our drinks. No I won't be coming back....
