Fiesta Taco — Restaurant in Burbank

I stopped by Fiesta Taco in Burbank and ordered their El Pastor tacos—what a fantastic choice! The pork was beautifully marinated, deeply flavorful, and incredibly tender. You can really taste the care in how it’s prepared, with just the right balance of seasoning and smokiness. Adding their green and red salsas took everything to the next level—fresh, zesty, and perfectly spicy.

The tacos came with crispy tortilla chips, lime wedges, and radishes, all presented simply but thoughtfully.
