Terryâs work is excellent; I have been a repeated customer, following him from the previous store location. But customer service has gone down recently. I picked up my jewelry that had been repaired & I was handed a ticket for the charge by the lady (Loretta) at the front ( I did not bring my receipt with me). I knew that I had already paid when the items were dropped off & mentioned it, but no record of my payment was on file with her. I was told to bring my receipt in to verify. I paid as requested; then I went to my car & retrieved my bank statement & my previous ticket, showing that I had prepaid. It concerns me that had I not had found my receipt if I would have been charged; with her stating âwell maybe you paid for a different repair or service.â Once the issue was resolved the comment by the lady up front saying that âI always tell people to keep receipts and I couldnât understand why someone wouldnât keep their receipt.â seemed belittling , as my mind immediately thought of why accurate records were not being kept; very disappointing.    Read moreI gave him a wedding ring in January to rework. He completed it the first week of March. it took multiple phone calls to get the work completed as he needs constant prompting. The work was not fancy but I was happy with it. There were multiple left over small diamonds which he said he could put into a band for me. So I left them with him. This was the first week of March. In April I called him and asked him if the ring was ready. He said he had not been working on it but would order the band and start working on it. That should have been a red flag, but I was giving him the benefit of the doubt. Especially in light of the covid situation. In May I reached out again and he told me that he could not find a band and would have to do custom work. It was going to cost twice what he first quoted me. He had not tried to contact me once in all that time. He is not someone that you should trust. His work is not high enough quality to justify...

I tossed around proposing with the same ring, but I really wanted to take the stones out and repurpose them in a new setting. I decided to stop by Terryâs store, and am so excited that I did. The work he did blew me away, and Laura was always great to deal with as well. We stopped back by a couple days ago to get it cleaned and checked over, as well as to get resized. We were told three weeks minimum, but Laura had noticed my fiancĂ© was a little upset to not have it for that long, and since we were returning customers, they expedited it for us and we got it back today.
