My wife and I have been a member of Dr. Pepper Physical Therapy, for more than two years now. I use the word "member" very purposefully. DPPT is really more than a place you go to get help to heal. It truly is a Christian family that deeply cares for each person coming thru their doors. All who visit are physically hurting for a myriad of reasons. After my surgery, my daughter helped to narrow down the many local PT facilities. She chose 3 that sounded good to her. My wife and I took to the task. By the time I had visited and consulted with the first two, I had discovered many things that I did not want. After consulting with Dr. Pepper (YES! that really is his name!), I was hooked. Now my wife and I go several times a week and we are look forward to each visit! All the staff and office personnel are top notch in their fields. Dr.Talin Pepper is the Best Physical Therapist Ever. I have used him after Shoulder surgery, Bicep tendon surgery, Lumbar Back surgery, Cervical neck issues and for foot tendinitis as well as ligament damage in hip and hamstrings He is so knowledgeable in every area of the anatomy and having his doctorate degree in the Physical Therapy field he knows and understands what and how things work together to get you feeling better. His bedside manner is kind, caring, calming and he explains so you can understand what he’s doing and the plan to help you improve back to regular health. He runs a very clean, organized Christian practice with his wife Amanda who is equally as caring, kind and pleasant as he is. They take insurance and private pay. He has a full staff that are all qualified to help you get back to feeling better. He has all the needed equipment and supplies to treat any area. Well I’m back again but this time for my feet, plantar fasciitis. Dr. Ross is awesome, she explains things well just like Dr. Pepper. I was worried that I wouldn’t be happy since I couldn’t get Dr. Pepper due to his schedule but I was Totally wrong!! Each day there’s improvement & I’m very happy with that. I can’t say enough good things about the care I received with Dr. Pepper. He took time & explained what he was doing. Even showed me what I could do at home between therapy sessions. He also did dry needling a couple of times that gave me so much relief! His wife was just as kind & sweet, as she worked the front desk. This was all during COVID-19 & we had to wear mask.
