Target — Local services in Burleson

I love this target store! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The woman who checked us out told us about Targets new Cartwheel app which saved me 20% on my total purchase saving me $20!!! I also recently (12/15/18) used the Target app to place a drive-up order and the experience was AMAZING!!! I literally did all my shopping from the comfort of my home and didn’t worry about having to getting 2 toddlers dressed, putting their shoes on, or loading them up to go on at least an hour long shopping trip. It gave me a 2-hour time frame for when my order would be ready, but it really took a little over an hour. When I pulled up to the store, the parking lot was completely full and only spaces available were a ways out from the main entrance, but that’s to be expected given it was a Saturday around 11am. When I got to the pick up area an employee was standing out there with the cart and my bags waiting for me like I was royalty! It was awesome! I didn’t have to get the kids out, I didn’t have to go aisle by aisle looking for the items on my list, and I didn’t have to wait in line to check out. I literally pulled up, loaded my bags, got back in the car and came back home all in less than 30minutes..... a trip that normally takes at least 2 HOURS!!! So since you’re gonna use your debit card to make the purchase anyway, you might as well get on the Target app (which also allows you to reap he benefits of discounts from cartwheel and other discounts that aren’t available in-store) and search for your products. Since I shop there normally and mainly needed refills on things I simply scanned the barcodes of things I needed from what I had around my house, which made it a lot easier and faster to search. The other items I simply searched for. This process personally helped me to stay on track and on budget (as the holidays are here and being on budget is extremely important this time of year). I didn’t have those “impulse” items at the cash register nor did I pass aisles of things that normally would catch my eye and end up in my basket. It was as if I had a list, went into Target and got ONLY those items (which is impossible for me to do especially with the See Spot Save section they have at the front entrance.... that little area gets me literally every time). So save your time AND your money this holiday season and ship with Target Drive-up. I GUARANTEE you’ll love it just as much...

Sadly this review is not for this specific location for Target but for their online services. I am a great customer and I've been shopping at Target for many years online and recently my online account has prevented me from placing in store pickup orders as well as delivery orders. Keep in mind I am disabled and prefer not to go into the store to shop due to my anxiety and my disability. When I went to customer service to figure out what the issue was I was told that there was nothing that they could do and that I could just shop instore. This did not fix the issue as to why my account did not allow me to no longer place delivery or in-store pickup orders. I was given a vague response and I don't appreciate how I was treated while trying to figure out what was wrong with my account so I can continue being a target customer. I've spent thousands of thousands of dollars. I'm not really seeing what the issue is in regards to my purchases. The messages I received based on the canceled order status were that there were price limits which wasn't accurate, it said it was a technical issue by the system which I don't see how that could be accurate, and then it says or maybe the order went against Target system which is also strange because it was only apparel and food that I would purchase from their website. All of these were very stupid reasons as to why my order was being canceled and why I can no longer order online. However, based on the responses that I received more than likely I will no longer be shopping at Target. I love Target but the fact that they disabled my online account and forces me to shop in store when most of the items are just available online is just insane. I'll take my business out to...

Store is always out of what I go in for, bathrooms are NASTY, even since the remodel, and the Management staff is a awful. I have heard the Store Manager literally scream at the employees and be very degrading, I have seen an employee in tears telling a co worker how miserable and unhappy they were there, one of the newer so called managers, Monica, was so awful and rude to a guest in front of me I left the line and came back once she was no longer at the counter!! Terrible. Target really needs to overhaul the Management at this location. Although I had shopped here since its opening, I decided to shop at locations farther away because of the issues here. Floor Staff are very nice and helpful here but the other issues force me and others I know to avoid this location. *Update: that awful Monica was fired, Good job there Target, however the Store Manager was allowed to continue his harrassment of employees and ended up losing the majority of the crew, some having been with Target for 20+ yrs!! It is sad when the wrong people are put in positions of so called power that are ill equipped and ill fitted for the job. I may shop here again in the future once the Store managment changes hands, but this store is not what...
