Delivered my king size bed on time. Since the two delivery men were unable to assemble bed upstairs, (they claimed it wouldn't fit and were afraid to damage my stairwell and walls, which it would have, but been an easy fix for me with a little paint), and so I was credited $40 to use in the store and put it towards anything I wanted. I wanted the matching dresser or side table that goes with the bed, but the AI Katie told me No. She seems like a real person, but its a robot. Alejandra called me and told me sorry, we can't do the free side table but we can give you the credit of what it would cost for assembly which was $40. I carried the giant headboard, baseboards, side boards up my stairs all by MYSELF and assembled my bed by myself and it sure as heck fit just fine. Initially, the men were trying to set my KING SIZE BED in my LIVING ROOM. I was like, umm NO, don't even think about it. Go ahead and leave, and I will handle it. One of the delivery drivers laughed at me and was like Senorita, I have been doing this for many years and that bed will NOT fit up those stairs. For one, its all about angulation and common sense (it did fit because I did it by myself at 150 lb mostly muscle, and 5'7 female), Second, don't ever tell a mother of small children she can't do something. If you tell me I can't do something, or there's nothing to be done, I will make it happen and it only adds more fuel inside of me to make my dreams come true. So, THANK YOU for giving me more inner strength to make my dreams and my babies dream come true because we LOVE the big bed upstairs in mommys room to snuggle! Not in the living room. Come on, thats ridiculous. You don't sleep where you eat, watch tv, cook, clean, relax on the couch, use the restroom. The bed goes in a bedroom for good sleep hygiene. The delivery drivers offered to take it back for a queen, and again I said NO! I want a KING, now, today, tonight, I need and want my bed to sleep on TONIGHT. I don't want a queen. If I wanted a queen small bed I would have bought a tiny queen bed. Thanks, but no thanks.

If you ever need anything for your house - furniture, accent pieces, decor, etc. I recommend that you come here before anywhere else! There’s a gentleman there named Max, and he’s been amazing each time I’ve done business with him! My wife and I had been looking for an entertainment center for our living room for a while and a couple of weeks ago we finally found one that would fit our home perfectly and at first, we were gonna just wait until the end of this month to see if they had any sales/deals, but as luck would have it, the piece that we wanted was about to be discontinued so they worked with us to give us an amazing deal! We also have a young daughter who loves flowers, especially pink ones, and while we were walking around the store, she saw their flower displays, and she immediately grabbed one and refused to let it go! My wife commented that it would be a great addition to the theme of her room so the store manager, Katy, offered for us to grab a couple more flowers to help complete the look of her room! I absolutely love coming here for anything our house needs! The people here are great. The deals are amazing. The products are always exactly what we’re looking for, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with every experience I’ve had coming to HomeZone! Read moreI had a great experience in store as the ladies who were there were very helpful and answered any questions I had. I found the sectional I loved and made the purchase with no problems. Unfortunately I was unhappy with my service with the delivery team. I did explain the issues I incurred after receiving a text to rate my experience but no one reached out to me besides a bot reply. I had a rug and a sectional delivered by two young men, I loved that they send you a link to track your delivery however these men literally came and dropped my furniture. I was by myself and I asked one of the guys if they could help me place it and they just unrolled my rug in the middle of the living room and put the pieces of the sectional on top, not connected or pushed against the wall after I asked him if he could help me place it correctly and that was it, one guy walked out the door and the other guy asked for a signature and they rushed out. I tipped them before they completed their service and I wish I didn’t because after I left I had to move all the pieces of the sectional off by myself to place the rug correctly then bring every piece back on. He took a picture upon completion so I’m sure the team can see how they left it.
