Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Burleson

I ordered a birthday cake a week in advance, paid over the phone and asked for decorations and specific colors. It was repeated back to me correctly. I came in the day of pick up and first the cake was not ready. I had to wait about 10-15 min to be handed a cake inside a box. Knowing that the decorated cakes do not come in a box I immediately let them know the order was incorrect. I informed them of what I ordered and paid for. Three people could not find my receipt and claimed I never order and paid for a decorated cake. After going back and forth for about 5 min they located the receipt. They said they would have it right out. I waited another 20-25 min. It was obvious they were putting the cake together at that moment. When it was finally brought out it was still wrong. It had the wrong decorations and color. I informed the girl and she said she could take it back and change it. She did not seem to care much that I had already ordered it, paid and still had to wait just to get the wrong cake twice. No one offered to make it right with me, offer me a free cupcake or something for the inconvenience. I was very disappointed. As many people that do business with them and as many times a year or month I buy these Bundt cakes and I could not even get someone who cared enough to try and make things right for me. Love the Burleson location! Always have always will :) I've been coming here since we moved 8 years ago. Everyone is always so pleasant and friendly and greets you when you walk in. I had a great experience that I wanted to share that happened this past Friday, with a last minute birthday party for a friend. I ordered 2 dozen assorted flavored Bundtinis for his party. Everything that day was such a rush with work, traffic, birthday gift, kids and the dessert! I called and spoke with Adam 30 minutes before closing at 6, I knew I was not going to make it on time for pickup. It was to late for doordash, so Adam offered to stay after closing hours to wait on me to get there, once I arrived not ready and rushing, the entire staff Kelly, Kate and oncourse Adam were all so genuine and sincere about my situation, that Adam offered to hand deliver my bundtinis to the Burleson location himself. Wow! Talk about customer service!! I offered to pay for his gas just for going out of his way, and he would NOT accept! I got his number and he seriously would not take Venmo or Zelle as a form of payment for going out of his way. Because of his kind generosity this allowed me to go home and get ready. He then text me with confirmation to let me know that he delivered the bundt cakes to the birthday guy himself and he was happy and excited about it. Made my day! Thank...

Yesterday I realized , at 5:58, that I had not placed my order for a bundt cake and bundtinies that I needed for a memorial service we were having for my sister planned for today at 11 am. This was so important because every Birthday my sister and I got them for each other and we both enjoyed them and our special time alone together. I was frantic. I called the store and explained my dilemma to the guy who answered the phone. I asked if I were to place my order and pay over the phone if they would stay open long enough for me to come pick them up. I just needed 15 minutes to get up there. Without hesitation he agreed but told me they didn't have the flower I wanted in stock. He offered a smaller flower and that they could put 5 on it to fill the space needed. I hurried up there and when I arrive (at 6:15) they unlocked the door and had my order ready. They told me they realized I may not have actually wanted a flower but rather a "ribbon" and they do have the purple ones in stock. They changed it out for me free of charge and also threw in 2 bundtlets. I cannot explain the relief and gratitude I felt at that moment and (not that they didn't already) they have a customer for life. This is the costumer experience at its finest.
