I've never used Aaron's before and ended up cancelling my order before they could even deliver due to feeling swindled and lied to!!! As a veteran I was looking forward to buying a new tv installing it and having a relaxing day with my family. This was all ruined when they took payment for the tv then informed me they wouldn't be able to deliver until they got ahold of a certain amount of references, which is fine, once that was done they told me they couldn't deliver until they got a hold of my work.... ITS VETERANS DAY!!!!! No work no one in the office which I explained to them!!! Instead i asked for a refund and to cancel my order so i could find a tv else where that's when they informed me I wouldn't receive my refund for a week! So basically they tricked me into paying for something I wasn't going to get when I was told I would get it and then ruined the rest of my day by taking away the opportunity for me to purchase some where else... the sales lady I feel swindled me the most was Terry Gutierrez! She will tell you 1 thing in person then another over the phone with zero sympathy and attitude to boot!!! Worst buying...

Rudy is horrible as a manager, get him out of his position because the only thing that will happen is that you will have complaints and maybe even legal problems

Read moreKeeps charging me "late fees" even though I never missed a single payment and even pay early and the manager from twin confirmed it too and told me to call for a refund and I did so but was put on hold for over and hour and never got refunded. I set my payment to the 28th every month but they claim I'm "due" the 15th? I've even went in and payed on the 15th and still got charged a late fee. So why even give me the option if it's always due then? When I first started the payment I was told it will be $130 a month now they're charging me around $165! They can't even tell me how long I'll be paying for it. It seems like I've spent almost $2000 so far and still paying for it.
