I was really impressed with the customer service at redders Showcase. The staff is so friendly, professional and helpful. I was able to finance the dishwasher with ease and interest free payments for 90 days and it was delivered to my house. After I used it, I realized that it did not have a heated dry cycle. I was unaware that they made dishwashers without a heated dry cycle as the one that I had was 20 years old. I called and explained that I would have made that request if I even knew that was a thing, and Korina went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. She found me a dishwasher with a heated dry cycle and was willing to do a straight trade on it but it wouldn't be in for a couple of months. They even said that I could use the original dishwasher I bought until my new one came even though I know that would lower the resale value for them. They were just insistent that I'd be happy with my purchase! I later called and told them nevermind because I decided I loved the dishwasher I had anyway. As long as you open the door after the cycle it dries really fast. I was afraid I would regret making the switch after reading all of the reviews on the other one. She really did find me the best dishwasher and she was just so pleasant to work with. I would recommend Redders Showcase to anyone! I am one happy customer that was treated wonderfully when I complained. It wasn't even their fault because I hadn't asked for one with a heated dry cycle setting but they were willing to take the loss in profit to make sure I got what I wanted. Great...
Read moreMy hubby bought a box spring (I believe it was Serta brand) for Mother’s Day. Within a week it broke from one of us just sitting on the side of the bed. My husband took it back and easily exchanged it. He also put some support slats across our frame to help support the box spring better. Within the day my husband knelt on the side of our bed and again it broke. Because we had just exchanged the other one we decided we would wait a bit and exchange it later(we had also exchanged for the last one they had in their store). My husband just took the box spring back today and asked for a refund. He was told that unless we had a certain type of support under our queen bed we couldn’t get any money back. The sales person said that if my husband wanted to go home and put the supports in we needed and then take a picture we could probably get our money back. Mind you, no one told my husband there had to be certain supports in place for the product to hold up when he originally bought it or exchanged it the first time. So basically now, if we want to be dishonest and produce a picture with the specific supports and say they were there all along, then we could get our money back. My DIL called upset as their freezer was not working properly and was frantic over losing the contents inside. My son called them 10 minutes before closing and Chase Clarke (and I’m sure several others) flew into action. Writing up the invoice and getting a new one loaded and ready to go. He not only delivered it but he took the time to help us transfer the meat into the new freezer. He made sure everything was set and answered all of our questions. He was a life saver!
