Vinny sold me a stone that was according to him “smoky quartz,” however another jeweler revealed it was not with professional equipment for these particular types of stones. Accordingly, both individuals are untrustworthy and I wouldn’t do business with them... it’s not an expensive stone at all, nevertheless done w guys like that.

To make matters worse I had them resize a set of diamond rings.... when I retuned 4 days later, neither of the “jewelers” knew of such ring. Finally, it was found after referencing the receipt. I cannot make any accusations nor presuppositions, but the large stone is significantly different in my estimation... the son had me sign a paper under duress before leaving the store. I felt uncomfortable until I signed the paper and left. LMAO I was accused of recording the conversation... no, Mr. Midas Jr., that’s illegal and inadmissible in the court of law, well not entirely but his accusation was erroneous.

Further, Vinny told another individual I was a maniac and Lunatic 😂😂 I suppose so are all 3 other jewelers. Needless to say, I found that rather bizarre and mildly inappropriate.

I wanted to make a special project ( this was my 1st JEWELER experience). I didn't know what I wanted better yet how to go about it. I had a bunch of old gold, rings, earrings, etc., and discussed what my dream was.

He took all of my things, with the anticipation I would get 3 cute rings for me, my daughter, and my new granddaughter. He NEVER quoted any pricing until the pick-up day, $1500, for 1 ring, that he melted ALL of my gold for and took all the colored stones leaving me with none of my previously supplied gold.. I explained I wanted 3 rings for under 1000 and opted to part ways. What makes him TRASH, is when I asked for my gold back or an equal replacement, he gave me scraps he gathered from the back and they were not all 14k gold. REALLY!! UNEFFBELIEVABLE

Truly a Hidden Gem Jewelers in Burlington Massachusetts! My Beautiful 99 Year Old Aunt Needed To Have Her Watch & Bracelet Set (See Picture Below) sized as it was too big for her wrist. I immediately told her not to worry that I would look for a Jeweler and see if they could take out a few links to fit her wrist. We drove into this little strip mall and found this Fabulous Jeweler And Owner, David Milano. He took out quite a few links and he was so kind and gentle fitting it back on her wrist! She had a smile from ear to ear and wished her a “Happy Birthday.” She turned 99 Years Young Yesterday🎂💝.
