Super friendly staff with an amazing, museum-like local glass selection! Very affordable spoons. Bern also now has a large selection of delicious rotating cannabis on the menu at the dispensary and the tax is included in the price before sale. The prices are transparent and reliable. The cannabis is also local and high quality. Loved the blue marmalade I got and the glue sniffer pre-roll. Amazing stuff. The Staff is super friendly and if you come in blazed you could talk to them for over an hour if they’re not busy. Every staff member is super friendly and can hold intellectual conversation about glass, cannabis, terps, sand.. You name it! Mikeala, the owner, sold and cut me a deal on the nicest banger ive ever owned blown by ‘Reefer Madness’. 4 or maybe 5 years ago and i still have it. I love that piece. If yall have managed to read this review this far… Pat is an amazing employee who has been there for several years, conversations with Pat are always the best he literally knows (almost) everything their is to know. I also want to give a brief shout out to the new door guy, Skip who works at the dispensary. He knows everything you need to know about terps and thc. Alot of people dont understand that Thc% essentially doesn’t matter. Its got alot more to do with the terps and Skip helped teach me that. Now I get super baked trying different terps and flavors of weed. I have to work on getting my medical card so I can come in again. Bern is awesome. 5stars guys. Not a single complaint. Oh and they fix glass too by the way....

Recently, I had two bad experiences with Bern- one inside of their store and another buying their flower at another store that ended up being extremely dry. Rather than reach out to someone at Bern directly, I did what is so easy to do in the internet age: I lobbed a grenade via a poor review and walked away. However, I had no clue who I was dealing with and how they would respond. Rather than accept my review for what it was or responding back in a negative way, the folks at Bern reached out to find out what I didn't like about my experience. This led to a phone call where I ended up speaking with Jeff and Paddy. They encouraged me to stop by when I could so they could make things right. It just so happened I had time in the moment, so I did.

I spent about an hour in Bern, talking with them about everything from how Bern got started, the huge variety of products in the store, their quality control measures, and the industry at large. Jeff and Paddy were incredibly kind and generous with their time. They are also extremely knowledgeable and passionate about cannabis. More than anything, they want everyone to have a great experience and get what they are looking for out of this incredible plant.

Patty is the man….This place is a model for what dispensaries should be….great ppl first and foremost. From the time you walk in your treated as a friend if you have questions they will go in depth about any of the strains to weigh your options. The deals are good and as a lover of a deal the punch card is great for repeat customers. I make the drive all the way from upstate new york other times I am in the area for work and it is always worth it. Customer service here is above board great pieces as well I love my glass and ceramic joint tip holders and steamroller some of my favorite pieces. Could go on for days saying good things about this place deff highly recommend or if your in Vermont or on a trip for skiing or boarding deff go there my dude if u don’t your missing out who doesn’t like a bubble hash topped bowl of goodness before hitting the mountain or just starting your every workday like me 🔥. I also have ptsd along with some anxiety that I only medicate with marijuana and I find that the bubble hash(I prefer because the extraction method is more natural compared to other hash types) added to my flower rlly helps me in that regard for anybody on that side of the...
