Visiting from out of state, and a family member who used to Burlington recommended this place. Ordered the "main Street cheesesteak" and it was delicious. The steak tasted good, had a fair amount of cheese, and they hooked it up with the peppers. Didn't taste much of the onions. She gave me some hot sauce packets, and two per side added a little spice I was looking for. Even the roll tasted good, although I thought they would toast it. Not sure if that's an option. Woman working the counter was extremely nice and tried to direct me to a bathroom. The wait area can become a little cramped during the wait, and it took at least 15 minutes. She's a big reason I'm giving five stars, she was great. For the price ($16), I was hoping to be stuffed, but it was still worth it for the taste and the good service. Would go back. My brother says the chicken salads are great.

My husband and I order from here all the time and never had an issue, but tonight there was. Our mozzarella sticks had no cheese in them and we bought 2 boxes!! Like WTH.... The onion rings were over cooked and they stuck banana peppers and mushrooms in my salad when I said no to those. Some people seemed like they didn't want to be there. It looked like a mad house because people waiting for so long.... we paid 42 dollars and only some of the food was good.... to me 42 bucks usually is worth it, but tonight hell no.

food is good. while checking out the man assisting me was clearly upset about something. while handing me my receipt, he accidentally elbowed the thing of pens and the pens went everywhere. He then slammed the cup on the ground in front of me and the customers in the lobby, and was huffing and puffing. He then went to grab me my order out of the warmer, and was slamming the doors shut. Made me really uncomfortable, like he was going to snap. never had an experience like this in any establishment. It’s really unfortunate because I do love the shiners. But when you come from a previous abusive relationship, those types of scenes can be triggering and have no room while you’re serving the general public. I hope someone can help this gentleman, have a better day. It was a truly...

Why the good reviews? Went there for first time with my room mate, the person who took our order had an attitude for no reason that made it clear she didn't like we were there. We aren't boisterous or boorish people in any way shape or form, we weren't rude or anything. Waited forever for our food and took it to go. We got back home and our food (with the exception of the fries,) was like it was cooked weeks ago and thrown together then reheated. Extremely low quality, we couldn't eat it after a couple bites and ended up throwing it away. Absolute waste of money for us low-income people with unfriendly staff and below-cafeteria-grade food. We wanted fairly cheap food in Burlington knowing how that's next to impossible we gave this place a try and won't be...
