When people say "buy local," this is exactly the kind of store they mean. I had an incredible first experience here, and I can't recommend it enough.

It was snowing heavily, and I was rushing from an appointment in desperate need of an inexpensive digital camera. I saw on their website that they carry used ones, so I called to check. Even though the store was technically closed, the owner kindly agreed to stay open a little longer if I could get there soon.

Once I arrived, I was greeted by a very knowledgeable and friendly gentleman who showed me some great options. While chatting, I mentioned that I had a few older digital cameras but had misplaced the chargers. He had the perfect solution: an affordable universal charger that works with multiple cameras—talk about a lifesaver!

I also learned that they can convert old VHS tapes to digital formats. (Yes, I’m old, and yes, I’m thrilled!) This store truly offers everything camera-related, including disposable cameras—perfect for kids on field trips or summer camps where cellphones aren’t allowed.

Came in on a whim while in town. I’ve entertained photography over the years and really wanted a film camera that wasn’t going to give me too much trouble. To my delight, I discovered they have an incredible selection of vintage film cameras and a huge array of snazzy, hard to find film.

I bought my second film camera, a Canon T70, from here. Super happy with the camera!!

The differentiator for me buying my new camera versus not, was the staff. Junior and the rest of the team really helped me out. They patiently walked me through my options, and more importantly, found something that was going to work for me in my budget. They even gave me a tutorial on how to load the film and offered to have me come back with any questions I might have while taking me first photos with it around town.

Excellent family run camera and film shop in Burlington Vt. Easy to access right as you’re coming down Main St and close by to the famous Church St. The shop is full of new and vintage film and digital cameras, in addition to film development supplies, lenses, straps, film stocks, and so so so much more. The store is run by the family and friends/employees. It’s a great atmosphere. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Jason the owner has helped me out on multiple occasions finding a fix for my old film camera, and recommending future upgrades or film ideas. He is always available to give you extra time to chat and help you find exactly what you need. The son repairs cameras and is very enjoyable to work with. He has cleaned up my cameras without even asking and helped me with my gear. Everyone there is very respectful and joyful to be with. And their products (film prints, scans, developments, etc) are to notch!
