Worst gym experience I have ever had due to the employees. I paid for the weekly membership since I knew I could cancel whenever I wanted. I called to cancel on Sunday and was told that everything was good and that I would NOT be charged again, well next day comes and $25 were taken out of my account. I go in person on Monday since apparently I had to sign papers even though I had the membership that did not include a contract! Anyways I ask about a refund, the Hispanic girl was on the phone with someone the whole time while she was helping me which is already unprofessional! She tells me she canât issue a refund and to call the next day to talk to the owner which I do⊠I call and guess what she lied! He was not there according to the employee working there Tuesday and she tells me that she would talk to him on my behalf to sort things out. He has yet to call and I have yet to get my money back. Even planet fitness has better customer service than this place which is saying a lot. I donât understand how they do their hiring but all the people I spoke with clearly donât know what they are talking about or are not trained well enough to serve their customers adequately. As for the gym - the machines are aged and it looks pretty run down which is on brand for any locally owned gym so I didnât mind it when I was going here. All I want is my money back. I dont understand why itâs so hard to get a direct and...
Read moreWhen I first joined complete fitness for women I would say that I agreed with the other positive reviews; unfortunately I left the gym very disappointed. I was an instructor and left for maternity leave and was unable to get my class spot back. Interestingly enough, all of the time slots I recommended were turned down because "no one can teach in those time slots" and then given to other people; same story with classes I suggested to teach if my class was no longer needed. My ideas were turned down and then later used. The gym is apparently in need of money as the owner will do anything to make a dollar including running fundraisers during classes that should be included in membership prices and charging senior citizens for a boot camp that was marketed as an included class. Shame on those people who complained about senior citizens getting a boot camp as part of their program; get a life. If you are seeking a gym with sensical business skills and integrity...
Read moreJust joined right before the virus and now able to start going regular. lots of equipment and easy to work. People friendly. The only negative thing is the door to the entrance is hard to open. I am one handed so it s a challenge getting in. Please make it easier to open! There is one piece of equipment, I can't remember if its the inner or outer thigh machine but the knob where you adjust the pounds is broken. It stays on 15. I have told staff but so far not fixed. Overall great place to workout! UPDATE: I went today and knob on machine fixed, thanks so much and thank you for staying open during this time! I had a stroke years ago and this really helps me so I can't thank you enough! Please make door entrance easier to open. It's way too hard to open and presents a challenge since I...
