My girlfriend (who is a wheelchair user) and I were eager to visit this store after reading reviews of adult stores in the area. The “handicap” parking spot was in front of an alley, directly in front of a flight of stairs, with no accessible ramp or sign directing customers with disabilities on how to access the store entrance. There was however, a sign that said, “all are welcome.” After spending fifteen minutes trying to get to the parking lot in the back of the building—which can only be accessed by driving over a railroad track—we were disappointed to find that there were no handicap parking spots. After parking in a spot designated for a separate business, we finally got to the store. The workers were unfriendly and frankly came across as extremely rude and unhelpful. The selection inside the store was unpleasantly small and unimpressive. This whole experience left myself and my partner with a bad taste in our mouthes, and frankly, unaroused.
