I’ve been big fan of the Crystal Cottage of Vermont. Living in Michigan it is hard to find the perfect crystal(s), however, since I’ve been able to look into their store through Facebook Live events, I’m finally aware of the magnitude of their inventory as well as their impressive quality. I can buy shiny rocks anywhere, but to find exceptional, gem-like specimens each with unique character I only go to the Crystal Cottage of Vermont. They have the best inventory selection I have ever encountered, and they always help find the perfect match. The pricing is excellent for the grade of the stones, shipping is done with intention and care. Each item is wrapped to perfection with a special drawing/note on the wrapping. (see photos) I should also add that I have practiced energy work for 25+ years using crystals as a tool. Craig and Diane have offered a unique perspective as to what makes these specimens beautiful to them, but they also have an innate talent to select the perfect crystal that resonates with your vibration. I couldn’t recommend them more. Should you have the opportunity to visit them, or catch a Facebook Live event, or call them and ask for help, you will surely find the perfect specimen that is destined for you.

Alright!!! I truly love this metaphysical store!! If you're looking for a calming, cozy, friendly, positive vibe and unique place, than THE CRYSTAL COTTAGE OF VERMONT will be your favorite stop. 🕉🧿🫶💙 A wonderful store in the heart of Burlington, and I'd probably find myself coming back soon enough :) that's for sure. If you like crystals, incense, tarot cards or anything similar. This IS a go. Plus, staff, management is so friendly and knowledgeable. I like the fact that it is a small business and the owners form great relationships with their customers, they were extremely kind to me and kindly helpful. Very important during these times after COVID. They have a very wide range selection for genuine and highest quality crystals, towers, spheres, rough pieces, tumbles: both rough and polished. Trust me, it's a must stop during your stroll in downtown. Worth a visit. A great place to add to a collection or start a new. Thank you THE CRYSTAL COTTAGE OF VERMONT 🙏🏻🫶

VERY DISAPOINTED with the item I bought . I bought a little cute vegan leather purse not long ago, never took the receipt because I never thought I would wanna return it. Anyways, after one use I noticed that the leather is peeling (pictures attached), I have tried to fix it with nail polish but it didn't work of course. I took it back to the store and the lady there said they didn't have a purse like that since last year and I will actually need to have the receipt to prove that I bought it from them .... I paid with my card, so, is not hard to run the report and see that it was actually purchased from their store a month ago and not 1 year ago. She said that I will still need to have the actual receipt. The point is that I didn't even ask to be refunded, I just wanted to point out the quality of the items they are selling in the store...I will never GO BACK.

Diane and Craig are absolutely wonderful people.

While at first I thought Diane to be very standoffish and a bit cold, I realized that I was very wrong. They are very quiet people who are respectful of people and their energy. The first time I went in, I was in a very bad place mentally and emotionally, and Diane kept very much to herself. As did I.

When I went back again, I was in a better place mentally and emotionally, and more open to conversing. I was looking for items to use in the product I created to start my own business. Diane and Craig were both very warm, kind, caring, and went out of their way to help me collect all that they could provide to help me, even going above and beyond. It made me realize that Diane wasn't cold, she was respectful of my energy and what I was giving off at the time. I also believe she is protecting her own energy as well.

I was trying to get into the shop one week, for some last minute items I needed, but each time I went they were closed. I text the shop, and Diane text me back letting me know what was going on, let me know when they would be open, and let me know that she was grateful for my understanding of the situation and excited to see me the day they reopened. You don't get that often. It showed me just how much she cares about me as a customer, but also how much she cares about the dedication she has for her shop.

I have been in a number of times since, and the more I get to know them, especially Diane, the more open we get with each other, and they are both such lovely people. Diane is so supportive and encouraging.

The shop itself is gorgeous! Everything is carefully placed and thought out. The items they carry are of the utmost quality and chosen with care and mindfulness.

Thank you to both of you for supporting me and for taking the time to not only help me with the items I need for my business, but for being so kind and...

I have been a customer of Craig and Diane’s store for several years now, going back to when they were in their original space downtown. They have relocated by the waterfront to an amazing space with large windows, lots of light, and views of the water—that just makes the crystals and the store feel even more magical to me. I have visited many metaphysical shops and crystal shops over the years in different states, and I can unequivocally say that this is the best crystal shop I have ever visited. They have the largest selection of very unique pieces. I got most of my crystal singing bowl collection from them—both purchased by me and received as gifts. They even went out of their way to carry products—healing and clearing sprays, candles, etc.—from shamanic practitioners that I knew back when I lived in NJ. It is so convenient to just drive down the street and buy a bottle when I need it to support a local business instead of either having to buy multiple bottles to save on shipping or pay a high price for one bottle by ordering directly from the practitioners.

Regarding the negative reviews about cameras and signs about being prosecuted, those same signs are in the crystal store at the University Mall and other stores I have visited in the past. That should not be news to anyone visiting a crystal store where there are many small objects that are of high monetary value. If this is an issue for you, don’t go, and the loyal customers will snap up all the amazing specimens.

I do have a suggestion to Craig and Diane.: Classes! Crystal classes, reiki sessions, oracle reading/discussions, like-minded people meeting to talk about crystals (almost like a support group), crystal singing bowl mediations, etc. I have so many ideas. I have some certifications if you decide to go this route and could work with you on some of...

Honestly, for a Crystal shop that is supposed to support good vibes and promote healing, I have never felt more uncomfortable and worse vibes. Upon entering the door, my entire party had to leave all bags at the door, which is understandable as I’m sure in a college town it is very common for shoplifting to be a problem. However, the problem only came when I noticed that lots of crystals were dyed and or painted. Additionally, the woman behind the counter did not look away from anyone for a second, she then accused my friend of stealing and made him empty his pockets saying “can you empty your right pocket, I saw you fiddling with something in your pocket.” Upon seeing that it was simply his wallet and he was indeed not shoplifting, she simply walked away. No apology was given for accusing an innocent person of a crime he did not commit. There are posters all over the wall reminding you that you are indeed being recorded and you constantly feel the presence of an over seer preemptively making assumption of someone’s character, especially based upon age. I did notice a couple of older age, approximately mid 30s, wasn’t asked to place both of their open non-zippable bags on the counter. Additionally, there are toxic crystals, like milled and rounded bumblebee Jasper out in the open. Bad vibes all around.

Lmao. Imagine reviewing your customers. Maybe you should reflect on yourself and determine what needs to be shifted in your business motto. Being judge jury and executioner isn’t...
