I was instructed to order online and return in 20 minutes to retrieve merchandise. When I returned 45 minutes later (Walmart trip with a toddler), I was informed that the order hadn’t come through and that could take up to 2 hours. Then it would take another 15 minutes for my payment to clear. The first staff member was nice, but provided bad information.
