I absolutely love traditional Mexican food—it’s hands down my favorite cuisine. Lately, I’ve been indulging in birria from different restaurants, so I decided to try this spot today because it was affordable and arrived quickly. Let me tell you, the food didn’t last five minutes in my house before it was completely devoured!

The authentic flavors were incredible, and I especially loved the structure of the birria tacos. They were packed with tender, flavorful meat and had the perfect balance of richness and seasoning. I'm hesitant to post a review because this is the best kept secret in Burlington! The food was fresh, hot, prompt and the service was great. My son had the shrimp and rice (ACP but with shrimp) my daughter had 3 tacos, the dish recommended by the server, which were corn tacos with the consumme and shredded beef-Quesabirria is what I had. It was a wonderful experience. Chips and salsa were brought to the table immediately. (Hot and fresh) We ordered the cheese dip which did not disappoint. Service was fantastic, staff was friendly and prompt. My meal was outstanding! I purchased flan to go. Mistake. The flan was overcooked. A lot. Thick, deep crack on top. Thick cooked top and bottom. Rubbery. Bubbles. VISIBLY CURDLED - and that should be a dead giveaway even to those who don't know a good flan.
