I came to this Taco Bell around 8:50 PM to pick up a DoorDash order, and the experience was frustrating enough to make me not want to return to this location. I wasn’t dining in—just grabbing an order—but the way things were handled left a bad impression.
When I arrived, I saw an older couple had just walked in, so I assumed the lobby was open. A couple of minutes later, I tried to go inside, but the door was locked. I thought maybe it was just one door, but the other entrance was locked too. A female employee saw me standing outside but ignored me and continued with what she was doing. After a while, I had to wave at the older couple inside, hoping they might let me in, but they didn’t respond. Finally, I waved at the employee again, and she eventually unlocked the door.
When I told her I was there to pick up a DoorDash order, she said the lobby was closed. This was confusing because there was no clear signage, and I had no way of knowing. On top of that, many fast-food locations require delivery drivers to pick up orders inside rather than through the drive-thru, so I was trying to avoid wasting time.
Unfortunately, this delay caused my DoorDash stats to take a hit because the order ended up being late. It also didn’t help that once I was finally inside, it took a while for someone to assist me at the register. The whole experience felt unorganized and unwelcoming, and the lack of communication really threw things off. I’m not planning to return to this location—it’s just not...
Read moreI used to love coming here, however I have watched over the past 3 years the declining quality of service. When I pulled up to the order box, there’s a ai voice that asks if you’re using the mobile app in the most unenthused and monotone voice. Then after waiting for a minute, the lady asked for my order over the intercom, she was so quiet I could barely hear her. When I pulled up to the window, she handed me my drink and then asked me to pull around the building and wait in a parking spot. When I asked if it would really take that long she just ignored me. Then she asked me to pull forward and back up at least. I asked if it was for her window time she said yes. So a Taco Bell employee just asked me to help her lie about how long service is taking. I refused and another couple of minutes my food was ready. Overall just the lack of care and being asked to do something to falsely display how long I waited, I will not be back. I tried getting in contact with corporate and was told by a answering bot that they were closed and to call back tomorrow or download the app to contact them. It’s such a shame what Taco Bell has become. Overpriced food...
Read morethe food was fine but whoever the larger sized black lady who was the manager was very rude. I was riding in an uber and even my driver said she had bad service. I asked what fountain drinks they have because it’s not listed and she told me that she has pepsi products, i don’t know them off the top of my head so i asked her what pepsi products she had and she told me they have a lot and to read the drink section, when i explained to her the drinks didn’t have anything but sizes listed she said “just name something and maybe we got it”. then when i got done with my order i asked if i could get the spicy sauce which my fault i didn’t know off the top of my head the fire sauce, she then responded saying “i mean i don’t know what to tell you we have all types of sauces ranch etc” but every other place just asks to what degree of spice did i want which i then explain the fire sauce. she then didn’t cut her mic and told her employee “like i don’t understand” as if i was...
