I've been going there for a few months. At first, it was alright, friendly staff but it just kept getting gradually worse.
I went in to get a pedicure (which says it's $35) and a fill (which says it's $16). Even though I wanted to get my aryillacs taken off but he argued with me and said he would just "keep them short". So I decided I would try it. Did an absolutely AWFUL job, they were incredibly short and would've looked better if I just would have had a manicure with my real nails like I wanted. He was totally rude when I asked questions about the length and the color. When it was finished (and this has happened before many times) I had dried acyrillac powder on my skin. Which I've asked about before but they pretty much ignore you.
I go to pay and it's somehow $82- which I asked about and apparently when they cut them down and reshape them it's considered a full set. Not only that but when I added ONLY a $5 tip, on my bank statement they somehow changed it from $87 to $97. VERY upset and even more so when I called and they just gave me the run around.
Pretty disgusting that they steal and cheat a customer that had came back multiple times. I will NEVER go back again. Anyone who does go there should double check their receipts to their bank statements. I've found 3 other times looking back at my statements that they've increased the tip amount of what I had put on there.
Very unsatisfied and angry. Also, it's pretty unsanitary to serve FOOD at a place...
Read moreWorst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. The guy who did my pedicure was awful. He was so incredibly rude. When he asked what color I wanted I told him that I couldn’t decide between 2 colors so was going to send the pics to my daughter to get her opinion. It was meant to be funny. He was still filling up the water in the foot bath so it’s not like he was waiting for an answer from me in order to start. A few minutes later I was texting with a friend, looking at emails, etc and he very rudely said “you know, kids have a life too”…apparently he thought I was still texting with my daughter and that bothered him!? He kept sighing and rolling his eyes throughout the whole pedicure. But the worst part was the way he was twisting my toes very aggressively, to get a better angle at them, apparently. It was incredibly painful! At one point I even jumped and yelped in pain. He kept sighing and rolling his eyes. When we were finally done (I couldn’t wait to get out of there) he just said “you’re done” and walked away. He didn’t say a single word to me when I paid or when I was leaving. The other people there seemed nice, but because of this experience I will never be back! I’ve never experienced such a terrible customer service interaction in my life. I will call the owner in the morning to discuss with him as I’m not sure if he reads reviews, but he needs to be aware. Although he was there and had to see what was going on, so maybe he knows and...
Read moreThis was my first experience at this establishment and I will not be returning. Although staff was relatively friendly, the establishment was dirty. I was sat at a table that had the previous clients clipped nails, and open containers with residue all over the counter. I do not know his name, but the male nail tech (older man with missing tooth) doing my nails mentioned several times how young I looked (I'm a 25 year old female), made inappropriate comments regarding the TV show that was playing, and gave me an aggressive back massage. I didn't think much of his comments, but the overall experience with the massage at the end made me very uncomfortable. He massaged my back under my bra straps and tank top (at shoulder blade level and above) and went all the way up onto my neck and even into my hair.. I've had my nails done many times and sometimes the techs massage your hands/forearms, but never your back, especially to this extent. He was pushing very hard , so much so that I was flopping forward in my chair. He also made inappropriate comments about my body after he massaged me. If massages are a service they offer, he should've asked before touching me. I was very taken aback at this behavior. I was too uncomfortable to ask him to fix my nails because they are very thick, and not the shape I asked for (I asked for coffin). Even if he had been professional and appropriate, I would not go back because I don't...
