I stopped at this Caribou for a drink and to get my $1 off any drink Wed-Friday. I have been to this one before and had a bad experience, and this time was no different. I like how to you kid working the register mentioned, after he swiped my perks card for the Caribou dollar off, said, "It worked for everybody else," I think he did something wrong and they would not take a dollar off my drink, even though as a long timr Perks member, it could have been applied, I also had visited a different Caribou earlier in the day and I did not use the dollar off, even though said kid cashier mentioned "Did you already use it?"....This is one of the reasons I dislike Caribou Coffee, as I have had problems before. Uppity and rude most of time....
I guess not me, even though I know for a fact it is s Promo Caribou runs and everybody gets it;, even though the Barista making my drink mentioned to him that, "I don't think everyone gets the dollar-off..." Yeah, well whatever. It was around closing time. Which I did not relaize was 8 p.m., as ever CC I have been to closes at 9 p.m. They wanted to get done with their shifts and close up shop, very poor service and my drink was made in a hurry, which is never good and it was also how my last Hot Chocolate was NOT made by a Caribou Barista....She also mentioned real fast, "Whatca gonna get....?" Read moreMy friend and I visited the Burnsville location located at 1100 county Rd E for the first time on 9/11/16 at 5:30 pm. I was highly unsatisfied and disappointed in my service and with my drinks. I bought 3 drinks . 2 coolers and a smoothie. The Barista treated my friend and I like we were invisible and could not even offer a word or a smile. Not to mention the beverages did not taste satisfactory. When we asked for a cup carrier she didn't say a word instead she sighed and started smacking the carrier loudly. I have never had such horrible customer service by a caribou employee and I would like to bring this to your attention. I have always chosen Caribou Coffee over any other coffee shop for my beverage and experience. To deal with something like this at this location has made me rethink my loyalty with Caribou. Not only did I experience such a horrific experience my friend did also. We will probably never visit this location again. I hope you bring this to your staff at this location. The employee that served my friend and I was name Genna. I hope you take this complaint seriously. I would like someone to discuss this situation with me. Both of our experiencea was less than satisfied and so was my beverage.
