
Worst service ever! I took it upon myself to do a little experiment on how items are selected for purchase. The results are..... annoying! Yes,the choosing process is done according to style, quality, quantity, what the prices are on amazon things like that, and if the item is still in style; but itās also based upon whoās working and what mood they are in. Within a month, on 4 separate occasions( so once a week) I went to Clothes Mentor attempting to sell name brand items such as Coach, MK, etc and each time the purchase offer of the items were either low balled or satisfactory. If you want a satisfactory offer hereās a tip, dress like this is chump change for you, business casual, going out on a date type of clothing because you are judged the moment you walk in the door! If you decide to ware jeans and a nice top they treat you as if you are incapable of understanding the process of how the items are chosen. On the last day of my experiment I wore just that and the manager treated me as if I was a dog not understanding the command ā Shakeā! Each time I told the manager( I think)ā Yes I understand the process, but I believe it is flawedā, again she went into explaining the process to the point where I had to cut her off and leave the store( oh did I mention she was unapologetic about mispronouncing my name and using the excuse ā Oh, well it kinda sound like someone elseās nameā. No, horrible customer service and Iāve worked retail since I was 16 and I am now 28). I have also worked at stores such as Coach and Lucky Brand Jeans and with both companies Iāve gone through extensive training on the product, how itās made, why itās made that way, and so on. So I know what I am talking about but again based up my looks, I look I canāt even ā Go fetchā! Another outfit I wore was leggings, t-shirt, and hoodie; and with that ensemble donāt even bother! They will pass on all your items. All in all it was just a very poor service/experience and I advise you to sell your items through Facebook, letgo, or any other kind of network like that. They were interested in a number of things so I made the trip. They ended up taking nothing and telling me the opposite of what I was told over the phone. It seems like a fun store to shop, but I wont attempt to consign here again. I also had asked ahead of time about how many items to bring/how over the phone, then was scolded by the sales person at the store when I brought more then one tote. Again, happy with whatever system works for your store, but saying different things is confusing lol.

But tonight I came in when they had 10 minutes until they were about to close, I knew I had 10 minutes, I was stopping in quick before I had my childās sports game. I was told 5 times (rudely I might add) by some of the same employees that they closed at 7. I found the pair of shoes I wanted and checked out at 6:59pm and when I wanted to use a coupon and add one item on to get the discount, she was not having it. I said fine, whatever, bought my shoes and left at 7pm out the door. The whole experience turned me off to this store, it was so rude how they kept telling me the time I had left and I was clearly an annoyance to the employees.
