Subway — Restaurant in Burnsville

You have an employee at this location that is terribly rude. The only person I've never tipped in my life.

I walked in, I'm the only customer. No eye contact, no greeting. He makes his way over to me and proceeds to just stare at me. I was ordering multiple sandwiches and he gave me no indication of when he was ready to hear what I wanted. I had to lead the whole thing as if he was my responsibility. He moves terribly slow, and speaks very quietly. He made it extremely known I was bothering him. Another customer walks in, and he as well was given no greeting, or any indication that the employee knew he was there.

If the employee recently came from another subway location, I know exactly which one. Where I witnessed his rudeness for the first time with an elderly lady who couldn't hear him and he refused to speak up so she could hear him. This employee is deeply troubled, and I will not return until I know he is no longer employed.

As someone who works in customer service herself, I am very understanding of bad days and just not being in the mood, but this was over the top rude and...

I never EVER write reviews for anything no matter how good or bad.. but this Subway was the most disgusting unpleasant Subway I’ve ever been to. I used to work at Subway, this was so disappointing. The two girls working there didn’t address customers, were extremely slow, and very sloppy with making sandwiches. Had no care whatsoever, it looked like they hated their job. Also definitely were intoxicated with something. It took me 20 minutes to get my sandwich and there was one other guy infront of me. When one of the girls was putting veggies on my sandwich, she grabbed cucumbers and they had actual slime on them, she clearly saw it and still put them on and when she went to grab the pickles she LAID on my entire sandwich to grab them. I don’t even know why I paid for it, I felt bad I guess but I’m definitely throwing it away and having to go somewhere else now. So so disappointed. Never going back to that location again. I almost wanted to tell everyone else walking in to just turn around. *there were also fruit flies...

After a year of not working here decided to come back. Food was good and employees are nice, but I would never in a million years work there ever again. Management was the worst after Tyler left and some of my coworkers had 0 willingness to help me and instead would sit at the desk in the back. Edit: It's not a bad thing this place is gone. Its permanently closed. They are not coming back. I will miss it a little because for the first year, that was where I made some wonderful friends. One of which I am still close to. But after all of them left, it just fell apart. I ended up doing the managers job after Tyler left, and despite requesting manager title and pay when I was, in fact, doing all of the managers chores, they never gave the position to me, and I left. Had I been manager, I'd have flipped that store upside down and saved it but, I quit because of the way I was...
