I wanted to send along a special thank you note for those who helped with my project. I had a countertop and full-height backsplash installed in my home recently and your crews went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right and that we as customers were satisfied!

I appreciated the kindness and positive attitude of each and every employee I’ve spoken with through your company, all the way from the front desk, to sales, to measurement guys, and the install crews! Everyone genuinely wanted to make sure we got what we were looking for, and their friendliness meant a lot!

Thank you especially to Dustin and Zach (installers) who went out of their way to stay late and fill in holes in my existing granite! These guys were so patient and never complained once! They manually filled in and scraped holes for me, when they weren’t required to, and I cannot tell them how much I appreciated their help!

For the most part, I love my new countertops in the kitchen. The bathroom is another issue. The first one was mis-cut, which I found and brought to their attention. The installers had to know it wasn't right when they put it in. It had to be replaced along with a new sink. This was done, no questions asked. The second top was installed without a picture confirmation but was of the same pattern so I assumed it would be ok. The choice of the granite piece used is terrible. There is a huge spot on the main part without much rock pattern definition and looks like a blemish....everyone who sees it agrees it is ugly and a very bad choice of cuts. Called in to get info on countertops. The man said to come in with measurements and then once I find what I want and sign a contract then they would come out and measure again and install. So cool I stopped in at 5PM on a day they close at 7PM, a lady came up to me looked at her watch and said well we close at 7pm, and with 2 more business hours left told me herself and all but 1 staff member was leaving. I was quickly shoved off to the remante room and was told I could look around. Was given very little information. I knew what I wanted, but had no clue what to do next because nobody wanted to help me. Needless to say I bought my countertops elsewhere where I was treated with respect...
