I would not give any star at all to the PersonalizationMall if it would be possible. I placed the order with them on December 13, 2020, and paid additional money for the expedited guaranteed delivery within 1-2 business days by December 18. I did not receive my order as it was promised on December 18. Then I was trying to call the PersonalizationMall - nobody picked up the phone. I sent e-mail - no answer. It seems that there is no customer service, or anyone from the company who is staying behind the product and product delivery. While tracking my order on line I found that the PersonalizationMall is using the distrust shipping company UDS (this company has a terrible reviews on different media and on BBB sites). The UDS received my package on December 15, and my package is sitting on their shelf for the past 6 days since it arrived there. I had a hard time to reach UDS by phone, finally I got someone from the corporate office answering my call. It turns out that the package gets scanned every day for the last 6 days without being delivered (warehouse is literally in 20 minutes driving distance from my home). Moreover, the UDS is misleading customers by indicating expected delivery date as a next business day every day for the duration of the time when items are sitting at their warehouse. I asked representative what is the cause for holding my package at their warehouse since December 14, and when should I expect the actual delivery, or if I can simply pick up my package if they can't give me any guaranteed delivery date. The answer was - I can't pick my order and nobody knows how long my package will sit at UDS. Besides that I found that PersonalizationMall charged me for the expedited guaranteed delivery, while never marked my delivery as expedited, because PersonalizationMall is paying UDS flat rates regardless of the urgency of the delivery, and in this case PersonalizationMal is simply keeping the expedited delivery fee for themselves. In current situation it is not possible to reach PersonalizationMall or the delivery company UDS. Please be aware of my bad experience and try to avoid using PersonalizationMall unless they 1)Improve their customer service, 2) Change their shipping/delivery partner from UDS to more reliable company and 3) Will stay behind their commitments to customers. I ordered an item for my husband for Father’s Day under the promotion that ended on June 6th that came with a guarantee that all items were to be delivered before Father’s Day. Upon placing the order late that evening I received a confirmation email stating the order would be processed in one to two weeks. I sent an email immediately, as it was after business hours affirming my understanding that I was to receive the item by Father’s Day and if this was not the promise I would need to cancel. The next afternoon I had still not heard from the company so I phoned in and the representative assured me that the delivery was guaranteed by Father’s Day. I then received correspondence that the company was making contact with the location that produces my item and they would be back in contact. The very next correspondence I receive is that they have canceled my order. I immediately phoned the company and spoke to a representative that dismissed my promise of the Father’s Day delivery and stated you wanted it canceled, you got it. The cancellation would not even be an issue if this company stood by what they promised me and I was only assured of this on my phone call that next morning. I have a call out to the manager and will update my review should I receive what was promised and a more satisfactory and customer friendly approach. Read moreI am so sorry to leave this review. I have ordered from this company a couple of times before with good results. They would not stand behind their product and sent me an ornament that literally looked like someone shot my grandfather. Very disturbing. I recently ordered some ornaments with my grandfather's picture on them for my mom, and her brothers after he passed away. It was to be a good remembrance each year. I received the ornaments and was appalled that the hole was placed directly in his head. I could not even fathom giving these to his children that were in the early stages of grieving their father. When I called customer service I was told it was my fault and "on the proof there is a blurred area that may contain the hole". I am so sorry but as a consumer, that repeatedly orders from a company with no complaints, this is not acceptable. If a company does not understand that their consumer may miss a line in their instructions, and also a company that has apparently no "proofing" and would send out a remembrance ornament with a hole in the person's head without question is not a company that I feel is appropriate to handle these extremely sensitive matter. I have uploaded a picture because I truly think this is horrifying and I am surprised they have no quality control at all.
