☣️⚠️ BEWARE!!!!!! 🛑 WARNING!!!!! CAUTION!!! I literally got ROBBED of all my money at this dump of a hotel and when I protested being stolen from, the hotel called the police on me and had me removed.... All of this on Christmas day! The perpetrator was manager Sunny Reddy. He DRAINED my bank account dry! He kept LYING to me staying my card was declined. He repeatedly instructed me to insert my debit card and enter my pin. He repeatedly LIED stating my transaction was declined. I saw CLEARLY, the screen said APPROVED and REMOVE CARD. But Sunny kept saying it was declined. I told him that this is NOT TRUE. He kept ORDERING me to put my card back into the reader. I REFUSED and told him that I would check my bank account to see how many transactions he had taken out. After checking and showing my bank transactions to Sunny, he insisted that I still put my debit card back in. Then he proceeded to state that if I got charged AGAIN, he would PERSONALLY give me money out of his own pocket. While making this outrageous promise, he patted his back pocket area where his wallet was.... As if to assure me that if he ran my card again and I got charged, he would PERSONALLY give me cash out of his own wallet. YEAH RIGHT!!!! Are you SERIOUS?!?!??? What a LIAR! What employee gives customers money from their own wallet????||Since Sunny had already run my bank account dry, there was no way I was going to put my card back in and run up insufficient funds charges from my bank. I REFUSED to keep paying room deposits to Sunny!!! He then gave me the run around for 15 minutes, pointing to the hotel policy on smoking and pets, telling me to carefully read it.... and then telling me I need to give him FIVE MINUTES TO EXPLAIN WHY HE WAS DRAINING MY BANK ACCOUNT DRY! Really?!? You want me to give you five more minutes of time to explain why you're STEALING from me?!?!? Sunny's illogical nonsense made me feel like I was in the twilight zone!!! ||After I said ENOUGH is ENOUGH!!!! Sunny proceeded to call the police on me and have me removed from the property. ||The police asked him, since he already had my security deposit money, if I could be checked in, but Sunny refused and said he reserves the right to cancel my PRE PAID 2 night room reservation. Now I won't see a refund on that for who knows how long and Sunny had drained my account dry and now I have NO PLACE to sleep .. on CHRISTMAS of all days! ||Needless to say, I am HOT. And absolutely DISGUSTED and I am AFRAID to ever stay in an Indian owned SCAM hotel. Also the name LaQuinta and Wyndham have left a bad taste in my mouth and I'll not ever stay with them in the future. My friends and family and circles will be WARNED about this FRAUD and THEFT. I will also be sending this review to the board of Wyndham so that maybe they will put out an APB to Indian hoteliers that we Americans are SICK of your SCAMS! ||Thankfully I scrambled and was able to get a room at the DoubleTree! WOW! Night and day difference. The hotel front desk agent was absolutely professional and had me checked in in under 2 minutes. It was a breeze! She was friendly and kind. Treated me right. Doubletree smelled so nice and was so clean UNLIKE la quinta Wyndham Willowbrook! Dear reader, do yourself a huge favor, book anywhere else and if your fool enough to stay here, don't say I didn't warn you! Read moreProbably the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. There were a decent number of blatant problems that I personally was quite dissatisfied with the final output. Here is a list of problems I had seen over a 3 night stay: Check out is at 12 pm, check in is at 3 giving house keeping 3 hours to clean the rooms that had been used throughout the night, especially ones that were prereserved ahead of time. Upon arriving at 4:30 pm and being handed the room key, it was found that the room had not been cleaned from the previous tenants to that the trash was still overflowing, towels were used, beds unchanged, etc. We were able to change rooms without issue. Arriving to the newly assigned floor, the carpet immediately made me want to checkout and go somewhere else. This carpet was DISGUSTING. Parts had massive stains, smelt like rotten crab rangoon (which lingered the entire stay). I don't think it's ever seen a carpet cleaner. Photos attached. Shower did not drain well Housekeeping did not come the entire stay contrary to a sticker on the mirror saying that "beds and sheets will be changed daily unless the do not disturb sign is posted"- our room didn't even have a do not disturb sign. This also led to trash to be overflowing and to run out of toilet paper. We had to take from a housekeeping cart both a trash bag and toilet paper roll. Last I checked, hotels aren't supposed to be self serving. Hotel is under a tiny bit of reconstruction so the current breakfast station is moved to a small conference room which is only able to hold two small tables. For a large hotel, I found this odd. Due to dietary restrictions I was not able to eat much of the provided food yet my party stated most the food was okay however they did run out of a few things while over the past weekend.

We got to this place 4 hours ago and after the first 2 minutes (we didn't make it to 5 minutes) i received a call from the reception lady saying someone is sayibg that we are being noisy.. i appologized and explained that we have 2 months old twins and one of them was crying just like any other baby. And then i told her that I'll take the babies for a car ride so they go to sleep faster. We left the hotel and came back 3 hours later to find that lady right behind us to say that same person is complaining again. I asked if we can move to a different room, but she said that isn't an option. I then said well i can't see how can i make sleeping babies any more quit.. i simply told her she needs to move me to a different room because i have no idea what is going on. The lady started getting defensive and said i told you already that is not an option. At that point the situation was getting ridiculous.. so i said well maybe you can find whoever is complaining a doctor to check on his hearing. The lady of course got mad and left. 5 minutes later i go to her desk to appologize and explain how rough this miggt has been already because of this false accusation, she simply looked at me and said i have to move to the next customer. I have been in so many hotels but La quinta Willobrook definitely has the worst customer service ever. I can't wait till the morning to leave...
