I would leave a 0 but it's not an option. The store manager Allison at this location has been a nightmare and has made sure my experience was a nightmare. I stopped in at the Lapeer store to look at mattress sets and noticed that they had a few different bedroom sets that included mattresses for great deals however, the bedroom set that I wanted did not come with a memory foam mattress Jose the sales associate told me that he could get me the memory foam mattress with that specific set but he had to talk to his manager so she could approve the price change and put it in the system, then proceeded to tell me that he will contact me the following day so after not receiving a call the following day I called the store and Jose once again told me that they were working on it and that Allison was going to the other store to work on it and that he would get back to me then following day after not receiving a call the following day l once again called the store and was informed that Jose now wasn't in because he had the day off, understandable, but after dealing with this I called corporate, filed a complaint and 10 minutes later Jose finally returned my call, and everything is ready and set to go, it's the set that I wanted with the memory foam mattress, the same as cash price is $550 if paid in 120 days, the monthly payments were around $77 a month, for 12 months. He then collected a payment for $60.00 from a prepaid Visa Vanilla gift card, that he himself suggested I purchased the day I visited the store to make the first months payment over the phone and knew I'd after collecting my card information, he informed me that he needed to send a text. and to give him that password, so he could finalize the sale, suddenly, he paused mid sentence whispering to someone, then says, "nevermind, they will call you back from the store". After not receiving the call I was waiting on I decided to check my Arron's app and it says the $60.00 payment was refunded so I immediately call to find out why and Jose then informs me that my account was transferred to another store, which at this point would be great but the other store isn't offering me the same deal that was paid for and agreed upon. Something is way off with this store and when you confront an issue you are verbally attacked and apparently played with. This has been the worst experience for me since they merged with the Burton store. I never had any problems with the Lapeer store and Mark was always great, I have filed multiple complaints now about Allison because of her terrible attitude and unprofessional and after reading the these reviews its clear I am not the problem, I had 0 complaints about this company until Allison came into the picture and now after spending thousands on, furniture, electronics and appliances I am cancelling my account and dragging this washer and dryer outside for them to collect. "forced to pick that up myself"
To say I'm dissatisfied is an understatement, I will not stop making calls to customer support until this location is properly trained and this childish nonsense that occurred today is properly investigated because my money has not been returned to my card. I will be posting my experience to every social platform including, reviews and that'll be adding to the numerous bad reviews for Allison and her poor customer...

According to the paperwork we were suppose to receive it within 14 business days. We didn't get it till a month after ordering it! That was after calling and going up there multiple times. Obviously wasn't happy as they wanted another payment on a product we still hadn't even received yet. But the manager was able to set the payment back. My husband mowed the lawn one time with it and noticed it seemed off. We were told to take it to a repair place all the way in Linden. Got it back and my husband goes to mow the lawn again and still not acting right. We were told to take it back out to Linden where it sat for almost month before being told it was "fixed" and could come get it. We told them that we didn't want it anymore. That it was a waste and by this time winter was coming. We decided to give them another try as our washer was on the fritz. Make order online for a washer/dryer combo. Told same thing should receive product in 14 days. Get an email a week later saying our order was canceled. Called up customer service to be told that the store canceled our order because we weren't in "good standing " funny as we paid for a product we weren't able to use and had to use our gas and vehicle to take it to a repair shop twice. I picked my furniture and paid the payment and was told I didnāt pay the payment for the table and living room furniture. I only paid for the furniture thatās it. 2 furniture was broken and had to be replaced also living room set was supposed to have a recliner they are acting like they donāt know anything about it Decided not to go through with keeping the furniture and ABBY DISRESPECTFULLY informed me Iām not getting a refund for my down payment because we decided we didnāt want the furniture. Called Allison she was great and insured me as soon as they get the furniture Iāll get a refund I appreciate her and Jose heās been a great help as well .
I will never shop at Aaronās again and make sure if anyone I know is interested in getting furniture there to inform them of the unpleasant experience I had. Sorry...
