I'm not one to bash small business cuz I truly believe in promoting them. This is as a vendor not a customer, it is a very cool concept but the owners are not professional and need to change the way they do things. I actually defended their to bad reviews which they remove but unfortunately when I left the store it was not a good experience. In the beginning I asked for the contact I signed 3 times w no response. I had to make my own inventory sheet to insure I could get back what I brought in. I was never told that my stuff didn't fit so some of it was kept in a store room, can't sell what's not out. They do unfortunately open late and close early almost every week. When I tried to get an item back that they didn't give me when I packed up it's been not a positive experience. I'm sure they will deny and defend which is fine but all of their bad reviews are about the same. I'm sure I won't get my own back now and they refuse to pay me for it. I dont feel I should have to drive back to get it when they didn't give it to me when I was there. You also have to ask for your payout everytime. I was trying to be nice and patient but the of course I was responded w not so nice responses, which is exactly how they run their business. It's sad cuz there is allot cool stuff in there. This is my first time shopping at the Majestic! What a cool store full of so much cool stuff. I believe I spoke to Liz the owner and she was so helpful and nice even though she was in the middle of restocking & cleaning she took time away from that to answer all my questions. Its mind blowing that the owner is there at the store working you dont see many owners like that these days. Defiantly recommend coming and checking out this store they have all kinds of stuff.
