DENY SERVICE??? " ONLY BECAUSE I ASK THE MANAGER NOT TO OVER TALK ME WHEN I AM EXPLAINING THAT: I SHOULD OF BEEN MADE AWARE OF HAVING TO WAIT SO LONG FOR A BEACON EGG AND CHEESE BEGAL Really wish i could give 0 stars- seriously this place has now become a joke.
Today 12/29/2024 approx. 12:00pm ( I am writing this review now at 12:38) just got home or shall I say just a few minutes ago. I went to go get a Extra large coffee 4 and and a Beacon and egg an cheese bagel. Coffee was handed to me but I was told to move forward and there was already someone waiting in a Blue car. I pulled behind it as I watch the line get longer behind me, but cleared out in no time (Twice) Due to me and the other car that was in line and cars behind me appeared to maneuver in a tight space behind me i decided to park on the side and wait until my food came out. I waiting a few more mins then I finally called in side. (Manger answered the phone) talking Hella loud and obnoxious over talking .She was rude to no point of return. and Oh the supervisor had a snub way about her as well) ( would not give there names when asked)
I asked did they forget about me. The manager who answered the phone said " OH WE MAKING IT RIGHT NOW" I thought and said ' Making right now? " This has already been about 15-20 mins I have been waiting on my BAGEL. As I started to say: " You guys should of told me if there was a wait" This person started talking over me and raising her voice. At this point, I ask to speak to the manager with such AUDACITY! she said " I AM THE MANAGER!" i Then said okay : Someone over you" I asked for the number the cooperate. The Manager said, " YOU CAN GOOGLE IT" I Then said please few times she said " No I AM DENYING YOU SERVICE AND YOU CAN COME AROUND TO GET YOUR REFUND. i SAID " Okay and thank you.
So I called cooperate number as I was in the drive through. Had them on the phone. The girl that came to the Window. I politely asked her what is the address to this location. she just started at me and was very RUDY AND WITH AND NASTY CONDESCENDING ATTITUDE AND SAID DO YOU WANT A REFUND? "I Looked at her and said that what you told me to do is come around and get my refund so here I am and I also googled the cooperate number like you suggested. I asked what they name was and she said " WE ARE BOTH SUPERVISORS" she kept on asking do i want a refund. well at this point 30mins has gone by and I don't even want any of those staff making my food . The manager and the Supervisor that was schedule at this locations 1230 E Bristol Rd Burton MI 48529 scheduled on 12/29/2024 when i came through the drive through today at 12:00pm. The Supervisor wouldn't not tell me the address while i was on the phone with cooperate or her name or the Manger names-
I been coming here for a long time. Long standing customer and to get treated like this. I will tell every one about this particular location. There are lots of Tim Horton out here. and I live next door. I will go out of my way to another before I come back here.

Read moreI wish that i could get a hold of the corporate office for this particular branch. I have never taken the time to write about a facility but i keep running into the same problem with this branch on Bristol rd, hoping that there would be a change but always ending up with the same outcome. My drinks are almost always wrong, ive ordered their peppermint mocha latte, both times no peppermint...no peppermint shavings, they give me what they want. I sat in the drive thru and i put acrylic nails on each finger all but two nails and i finally made it to the window. It takes a moment to do that with your nails. So understand my wait time, just to see everyone on the inside just laughing and playing around and being so unprofessional. They do and they don't wear gloves, i guess they choose that too, but i remember getting a drink that had a syrup drip and the actual fingerprint of the person who wasnt wearing any gloves was sitting righr next to the mouth piece. I had to wash it off. Then there was a time i went through and asked for a peppermint latte without the chocolate...i was told they had sugarfree...I'm fine with that...what I'm not fine with is they shot so much peppermint into the drink that i choked on the peppermint while it cooled my lips. I've never had it that intense before but when i tried to have it fixed they tried to tell me it's because it's sugar free and i get that...but it tasted like there was no coffee...when i asked if they could fix it, they asked me not to pull up to the window but the back door near the trash can where i have never been told to go before. So of course i stopped at the window and they with their finger pointed to where i should go and i sat there and waited for three cars to go by before they brought me out a drink by the garbage where of course i could not see my coffee get made. Who knows what was in that drink, i didn't see it get made so i was scared to drink it. Today i went again and it was wrong again and so i felt the need to write this, to vent my frustrations with this place, since I'm not sure where else I'm suppose to...
Read moreI went to the Tim Hortons on Bristol Rd during my lunch to get a cup of coffee. I ordered a small Original Blend with 2 creamers and 3 Equals on the side. The employee rung up my order correctly, for it showed up on the screen correctly. I get to the window, paid for my coffee and proceed to drive off. However, I realized that I didn't get the cream and sugar. I backed up and told the employee that I didn't get my 2 creamers and 3 equals. She closes the window to get the things, but I decided to open the lid of my coffee and I saw that they already put the cream and equal in the coffee. That's not what I asked for. After the employee comes back to the window, I told her that I needed a new coffee because I asked for the cream and Equal to be put on the side. She closes the window, calls another employee to her and they began to look at what was rung up. The employee comes back to the window with the coffee. I proceed to give her the wrong coffee and she said she couldn't take it back. I then ask her for the cream and Equal again. She was visibly upset because she responded with a sarcastic response. She then tries to hand me the creamer and Equal and straw. I asked her to put it in a bag which has been normal practice since I've been going to Tim Hortons during the Pandemic. She puts the things in a large bag instead of a smaller bag. Not one time did she apologize for their mistake. Why get upset with the customer for a mistake on the company's part. I've been to several Tim Hortons and never have I once been treated like I was today. She may have thought to herself, what's the big deal, the cream and Equal has been put it for you. The big deal is that's not how I ordered my coffee. Sure mistakes happen, but...
