They advertised a Thursday Christmas event with Santa and drunk flights that included cookies. The event was terribly under-staffed. I waited a half hour before I was told I needed to go downstairs to get a flight. The staff didn't know if they would even be able to do the flights that night. We made it downstairs only to wait another half hour to receive our flight... But they ran out of the regular glasses so we got smaller ones. AND the drinks were watered down. They advertise themselves as a cigar bar, but you can only smoke in their specific cigar lounge, and every time I've been there, there is some reason or other that it is closed.
