Kevin is AMAZING! My husband and I was initially debating if we wanted to drive an hour from Kansas City and we’re glad we did it! Kevin called Wednesday morning but when I heard that the dealership was in Butler I turned away because of the distance. He later texted that he had a used F150 Tremor that I might be interested in but I know my husband was preferring to custom order a new one. He than asked what can he do to earn my business and I was being honest that he had to beat the best offer that I was given and he did! A couple hours later, we came to an agreed price over the phone and the price that I was offered was fair and reasonable so I told Kevin that we’ll head over. He was ready for us the moment we pulled up and also had the used Tremor ready for my husband to test drive before we order our new one. During the entire time, we did not feel rushed or pressured. Not many salesman would bother to do any sort of negotiation over the phone as their chance of being turned away is much higher than someone being in store but I was not treated differently by Kevin. I can’t speak for the entire experience yet as I just put in my order today and it will take about 6-8 months for it to be made but so far so great. No complains at all! After my parents had been stranded in Salina, Kansas for a week. I drove cross country to bring them the medical supplies needed for my father (82 with a walker) to get a truck that still hadn't REALLY been fixed yet. We made it to my Grandma's in Rich Hill and decided to take the truck to Max Motor in Butler to see what they thought and if we would be able to make it back home or not.

Henry worked his magic and was able to get the truck in to Mike for some diagnostic and tacking of the issues. Mike was able to track down the problem and only took 20 minutes to fix.

While Henry and Mike were working their skills we were talking to Anthony and John looking for back up plans that included everything from a Uhaul to trading in and buying a used pickup. They even found one in Harrisonville and had it brought down for a test drive.

We were feeling very beat up, frustrated and disappointed about how everything was going but, these four men turned a very rough trip into a fabulous ending!! God bless these men for caring when...

Max Ford saved our truck and the VACATION!!! We had a check engine light come on the very 1st day of vacation (in FEB 25) driving down I-35 on our '21 Super Duty F450 pulling a 43' 5thWheel RV. 1st call to a large Ford dealer said 1 to 2 weeks wait to get in. 2nd call to Max Ford was YES, we can see you in a few hours!!! Max Ford quickly diagnosed that a mouse had chewed on the wiring harness that monitored the DEF tank level. They called around and found that a Ford dealer in KC had the harness...they immediately sent a person on a 3+hr roundtrip drive to go pick up the harness and had the harness installed later that same afternoon. So after all of this mess, were only delayed about 5 hours on our trip and didn't miss a single reservation! Max Ford service dept really came through and really did save the day!!!
