Burger King — Restaurant in Butler

Ordered the mushroom and Swiss melt, can't say enough bad about it,for nearly 13$ for a meal I got a cold, child sized burger with what looked to be two pieces of white plastic covered in grease(the Swiss) and literally 2 ½ pieces of cold flavorless mushroons. I took this sandwich back in the restaurant and the young girl, who I believe to be the acting manager, looked at me blankly as I showed her the catastrophic burger they tried to pawn off on me as a fresh 13$ worthy burger. And started to give me some excuse about how a d I quote " ummm, yeah, that's just how our swiss cheese is." I said great ok! Well was it supposed to come with more then 2 mushrooms? She looked blankly at the burger I had unwrapped and pulled apart sitting in the counter and again made an excuse as to why there weren't more then 2 mushrooms (see pictures,) she said oh they must have run out or used the wrong scoop or I don't fully know what she said under her breath as she snatched it off the counter and chucked it forcefully into the front registers garbage can. Nice. "you want us to make another one?" Wow really? So sad. I managed and ran a successful restaurant for years and that wasn't how it got that way, I would have apologized profusely, gotten me anything on the menu to replace it and either discounted my meal, offered a free meal as a second chance or insisted on getting me a dessert or a shake. Something! anything! So sad! But I heard about how they were worried about an inspector coming... And that was what they were producing!?! Cold, half hearted, "food" not for a Ferrell dog. So thank you burger fail. My crown is off to you for successfully reminding me why I know I can "have it my way" as long as it's really your way, or as long as it's done with a lack of standards and fit for the bottom...

We stopped in at this Burger King for lunch after a less than pleasing visit to a competitor a couple of days earlier. It was June, 2023. The inside of the building appeared clean. We ordered our food and took our "fill your own" cup to the computer that dispenses soft drinks. We managed to fill our drink and waited for our lunch. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. We found the food to be better than average for a Burger King. It wasn't bad at all. Still not great, but Burger King seems to have improved on the taste of their food. We finished and cleaned up our table. I washed the salt/grease feeling off my hands. I found a decently clean restroom to match the rest of this BK. So although I'm not a big fan of BK. I found this one pretty good. I hope all the Burger Kings are trying to be like this one was. This restaurant was new a little over 3 years ago. It looks and smells like it has been here for 15 or 20 years. They play loud obnoxious music that is too loud. The staff is often unfriendly. The dining room and restrooms are not kept clean. The food is often anywhere from like warm to cold. The fries are often overcooked. I won't eat their chicken nuggets any more because they are nearly cremated. After they reduced the size of the nuggets, they must not have reduced the cooking time. Burger King has raised their prices so they are the most expensive fast food places plus they have reduced the portion sizes. For example, a small order of fries contains 10 fries. The burger buns are cold and always taste like they came from a day old bakery store. They also offer nothing inviting on their Deals Menu. What else can I say except that this...
