Verizon — Local services in Butler

Was promised a Black Friday special for switching of $200 per line that we're going to be mailed to us within 12 weeks of the switch. We had 5 lines. So that would have paid off our Sprint account. It was an out right lie. After the 12 weeks we started calling and received the run around for months. Finally there corporate manager had us send him our Sprint bill. We thought this had been taken care of. We were put into collection by Sprint a couple weeks ago, and of course paying it off now. When we got back in touch with the manager that we sent the bill to he informed us that they were not going to honor the agreement made. Verizon will not honor the agreement this store made either. Very disappointed to know that they promised a Black Friday special they did not honor. If you are going to use Verizon I recommend you drive to the city. Warning: Bait & Switch Scammers - Will promise anything to get you to sign up, but will not deliver on the promise. All that matters is meeting their sales goals, customers are no priority. Per Verizon, store can over ride activation fees there in the store, the store employee will say otherwise, but they are outright lying to you.

This store is a must if your wanting fantastic customer service. The staff will bend over backwards to take care of your problem or any issue you may be having with your Verizon phone.
