Taco Bell — Restaurant in Butler

Best taco bell in over a decade! Food tasted like it used too, cheese was actually nacho cheese not just liquid cheese, meat was pretty fillers and the don't care phase tb went through! People were friendly like we were expected tb be to customers when I worked at a local tb. Did not get to go in as I still had an hour+ drive home and it was already late but when it tastes as good at this tb did, I couldn't help but to speak out and give the credit where credit is due! If I'm hungry and in the area I'll be stopping by here again! Employees were quick response on the mic in drive through they didn't even make us wait 2 seconds (used to be a 3 second window to answer the drive through although Noone seems to know that level of service nowadays except this taco bell. We also used to have to greet the customer within 5 seconds of them pulling up to the window even if the front window was all that was open (the one that I worked at not only had 2 windows but we used both daily) and they answered and acknowledged us within 3 seconds! I have not had a gordita taste that good since the 90s when they first came out! This place hands down beats my old favorite taco bell hands down. Compared to this taco bell my local favorite store (the best in staff and food around) would get 0 stars! If I could have reviewed this store from their internal survey system I would but alas when ordering through the app no receipt is given so they have shot themselves in the foot and their customers from winning money (their parent corps are money hungry pigs) so they've blocked 3/4 of their clientele from the chance to win as even inside there is no longer a cashier in most store and a waste of space and a cop out to not pay an employee kiosks where customers are expected to do an employees job for them costing the job market a min of 3 jobs per shift per store. We stopped in mid travel to grab a bite. Our taco teller was less than enthusiastic over the speaker. We ordered, paid, and received our food in very reasonable time. After receiving our food, our driver asked if everything was in the bag. The young lady who I won't name right now rolled her eyes and said "yeah" and shut the window. Upon getting back on the interstate we delved into our tasty taco treats and didn't realize until we had finished the savory morsels and were in search of a sweet dessert to cap the meal off that we were not given the cinnamon swirls we had ordered!!! I often go to this Taco Bell. Usually, the portions are much better. On this trip, my taco was nearly empty, and it was crushed. The chalupa was so dry I could hardly eat it. The nacho chips were cinnamon flavored because they had been fried in the same grease as the cinnamon twists.
