I went into the Butte Montana store to get multiple items. I live over an hour away, chase helped me and was absolutely phenomenal. Extremely patient and explained everything in great detail and did not act like I was an inconvenience but rather took the time to thoroughly help me with everything I needed . There was a special going on, but they were out of the item that we're supposed to come with buying a certain item. And also I had to get a different filter.Then what was offered with the oil I purchased which gave a free filter.. When I got home, I noticed that I had gotten one of the items wrong. So almost 2 weeks later I finally made the over our drive back to Exchange the Item. And the person who helped me was James. The store manager. Not only did they exchange my item with no hassle, but also gave me the item.That was now in stock that I got for purchasing my other items the previous trip, as well as took care of me without me even asking as far as the filter.. i honestly cannot remember the last time. I got such over the top service, with the most amazing helpful people.. i don't care if the prices.There were ten times higher than anywhere else (which they are not) i would shop there because of the customer service.. Words cannot express my gratitude or my appreciation for the team. Add autozone, it really says a lot about the management.. 10 🌟 🌟 s all day long. Read moreSunday evening, June 28, 2020, we were driving from Bozeman to the Butte airport while it poured rain the whole trip. When ascending Homestake, the Pilot started to miss and buck, I got in behind a semi and tried to limp my way to Butte. Fortunately, we were able to make it and got off on Harrison Ave exit and prayed to see something open. Low and behold we saw the Auto Zone store and went in. The store manager, James Schmith of store #3773 was there and proceeded to try and help us, knowing there was no place else to go on a Sunday night. He showed me how to put the computer gizmo on and then another thing which at 78, was like Greek to me. He held the umbrella told me the problem , he was just a great guy and a great help. He assured me, if I took it easy I would be able to get home safely and I did. He wouldn't take any money for his help and I felt really bad about that; he was amazing and so pleasant and provided service I haven't seen or experienced in years!!! My wife had to use the rest room and dreaded it; she came out extremely surprised at how bright, clean, and well stocked it was. What began as a horrible nightmare, turned into a bump in the road and I credit Mr. Schmith for that. Read moreSo I went in to autozone today to check on some spark plugs I had ordered that were supposed to be in yesterday they said they'd show up this morning I went in at noon to check on them I was the only person in the store standing at the counter 4 people 4 employees behind the counter the manager and another guy were arguing over a bill a girl just sat and looked at me until the phone rang and then she grabbed the phone another guy had to hall a battery back so I stood there and stood there until I left I came back a few hours later and said I need a refund on these spark plugs they haven't showed up and I found them elsewhere And they wanted the receipt which I had left at home 15 miles away I said I can go get it I said I wish you would have talked to me when I came in here earlier and all 4 of you just stood there I won't come In here again the manager proceeded to tell me go ahead and take it somewhere else I don't care the girl that was working now was appalled she couldn't believe he said that she did say I wished I'd have been here earlier I'm sorry I won't go in there again they need a new manager everybody had a chip on their shoulder pretty sad place I...
