Went here today for four different drinks, including a lotus, a chai, and two different coffees. The person taking our order was really nice, though. We got up to the window and the man making our drinks was a bit talkative but it was totally fine. He had to make the lotus twice, already messing up the first time and dumping the entire thing out and making it again.

We got our four drinks and they seemed fine at first, they looked great and seemed well made, and the price was amazing for the drinks. But as soon as we tasted them, they were actually horrible. The shots were burnt on both of the coffees, and the lotus drink was totally undrinkable. We asked for only blue lotus with green apple in it, l and it just tastes off, as if they put some other flavor into it that wasn't what we had asked for.

To summarize, they have really good prices and nice service, but the drinks were just bad in general. The man with the glasses and beard making our drinks presumably just burnt the shots and fully messed it up. We had to throw the drinks away in the end. I don't...

Baaaaad experience! Went to the drive thru, in the new FloCo store on Harrison Ave, asked for a 24oz iced latte, sugar free, skim milk, & 1 shot decaf… the girl could not get my order thru her head at all, & kept asking me to repeat it, which I did…. She also had a bit of trouble making change…. Very easily confused…. Drove up to the 2nd window, heard a lot of goofing off between coworkers, waited FOREVER, & finally got our drinks! Mine was all wrong…. It had at LEAST 3 shots of reg caffeine, and tasted HORRIBLE. The gal at the 2nd window had just handed it to me, & walked away quickly to join back into the banter… from what I could hear, none of them could even begin to understand their POS system.. Are these people not trained?!? This experience was like dealing with rank amateurs…. So much goofing off! I went home, & diluted my drink so I could at least tolerate it, as I couldn’t get anyone’s attention at the 2nd window… I will not be going back… YUK! The FloCo on Montana Ave is sooo much better! They mean business, & actually listen to you...

Florence coffee in butte mt We had come in to get our whole family’s order, we bought 5 drinks paid and tipped and waited, then 3 other people came in after us, ordered and they knew them by name, they were locals and instead of making any of our drinks they made all 3 different customers orders before even starting ours, we stood in the lobby for about 20 minutes before they had 2 drinks done and just sitting on the counter, they served about 3 different drive through orders before making ours, they definitely chose the honor their locals one drink orders before even starting ours, we are paying customers and they should have made our drinks before the customers behind us, and they were very rude when we had asked about it, they told us too leave, horrible...
