I spent my hard earned money in this establishment and yet i was treated like my business was a problem for reason unknown to myself . The woman whom had rang my items up was visibly, verbally and physically berating me for a simple miscalculation i had made"She had other customer's in line" she snapped 3 times during our interactions. In fact she had Become so entirely overwhelmed by my having to put some items to the side as i had left some of my speding money at home by mistake and miscalculated my spendatures . The employee, aggravated, stressed and couldn't handle my request in a polite and professional manner for the duration of my transaction. My friend had to leave and remove herself from the hostile employee as she respectfully decided to keep her conposure .why she had to snap an mention to me several times the other customers as if i was bothering the whole store. THE LINE THAT CAUSED HER TO BE UNPROFESSIONAL/ RUDE HAD 2 PEOPLE BEHIND ME!!!. My only assumption is she maybe she suffer turrets or maybe felt that immature need to push her negativity and anxiety my direction . I mean really what an unprepared idiot i must be right. she quickly and rudely made a scene and couldn't handle the basic job functions. Apparently the EMPLOYEE WHO CHECKED ME OUT had a meltdown about something so trivial. Read moreAs someone who has used various pharmacies in town, I must say this is my favorite everytime. Sarah was the highlight of my visits she’s very nice, professional, and easy to talk to. She gave me my vaccine and honestly did an awesome job. It was quick, painless, and she made sure everything was super clean and sanitized, which made me feel really comfortable. What really impressed me was how organized the whole pharmacy team was. While I was getting my vaccine, they went ahead and prepared my prescription, and it was ready for me by the time I was done. I didn’t have to wait around, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. It’s not often you find people who genuinely make the extra effort, but Sarah definitely did. I left feeling well taken care of, and I’ll definitely be coming back here in the future for both prescriptions and vaccines....
Read morePharmacy staff is always rude. They all need training in how to be kind, how to greet customers, to smile, and to not argue and be defensive towards customers. Even 5 years ago, the way they treat customers would warrant human resources stepping in and requiring training. Be kind, be thoughtful, be courteous, be respectful and act as if you appreciate your jobs and customers or just go home. I have numerous witnesses towards staff awful disrespects and unkind customer services, it is not just me concerns or complaints. If you need coffee i will bring you coffee. Please, anyone considering walgreens, go across the street to safeway pharmacy instead. I know for a fact that they are professional and courteous unlike walgreens who are even just unhappy to be at work and seem to take it out on customers consistently.
