When I walked in today. I wasn’t even greeted. There was 5 workers there and not one asked me if I need help. One started complaining that he was doing all the lifting while the other one laughed and said she was glad that she hired him so she didn’t have too. There selection is limited on solid colors. Only two spots where filled with solid colors. You had to walk around objects that where scattered on the floor. Items seem to be scattered around the room like they had no place in the theme. I was disappointed in this store all round. I won’t be coming back. With someone like me who buys large amount of material and that has a other family members that saw as much as I do, to lose that kind of business should not be a business. I even supported them during the pandemic when small businesses were struggling. Recently I took my Juki in for repair. Two weeks and $75 later, Randy tells me he cannot repair nor get parts for brands they do not sell. Why wasn’t I told this before they accepted it for service and charged me $75? After taking it back for a one on one with him, he again told me he couldn’t repair it and is unfamiliar with Juki. I don’t expect something for nothing but I also don't expect to pay $75 for nothing. They wasted my time and money and treated me unjustly.
