Royal Gorge Creamery & Wheelchair Accessibility: The front entrance has a tight 90% turn & a small threshold, while the rear entrance does not. Other than the single-user restroom not having lever handles - the restroom is wheelchair accessible. I loved You Scream and was so sad to hear it closed. When I saw the previous owner post about there being a new owner I was glad that we were keeping a local ice cream shop. They changed the inside but it is a good change it feels less crowded. The new window display is fun and inviting and the atmosphere reminds me of Route 66. The jukebox is a fun touch too. I don’t have a picture of the ice cream cone or the shakes we got because we devoured them!! Everything was amazing! Very friendly service, extremely clean and well put together store, and can’t forget the best part, HOME MADE ICE CREAM!!! This place is just wonderful all around.
